Sadly, the visit wasn't as great as expected. Since we purchased an ice cream cake & dad to drive an hour to get home, we ordered takeaway. Grabbed it & left only to find that my husband's order wasn't correct. We didn't turn back as we were already well on the way home. He was a but peeved because bacon was involved & free didn't get any as promised. Oh well, accidents happen. ????

Great place for good food and sweet treats, fast. Fast, friendly, helpful staff and a spotlessly clean restaurant. The chicken strips basket is a very nice alternative to burgers. The gravy is fantastic. Keep up the good work.

Dairy Queen's really the only place to get ice cream in Estevan so it's the best even if it was in Regina

Ordered grilled chicken sandwich combo and a SMALL order of onion rings. Found out that I got charged for a large order of rings. Didn't sort it out until I was 25 miles away. Wasn't turning around. Soda machine was out, so they had to fill it, when the girl brought it back the cup was 1/3 filled with foam from root beer. I asked to get it filled, you would have thought I was asking for the world. Obviously, the other lady was very put out that she has to help me. More customers came in and she had to help about 6 more, that gave me a chuckle. The sandwich was ok, but I really don't like eating a huge chunk of gristle. Poor service and a bad sandwich just don't add up to more than 2 stars.

Overall a good DQ, the parking lot is fairly open and waits aren't usually too long. There are a few issues however. The position of drive through blocks traffic and makes it inconvenient to get in and out. Also, once you are waiting for an order, there is very little room to wait and it can get quite cramped if lots of people are waiting for food. All in all, the DQ staff is pretty friendly and there are no major issues I have encountered.

Haven't been to a DQ in years... mainly because we don't live here anymore. Still, all the flavours came back. Attentive staff, great service, friendly attitude, good ice cream. But it was really like walking into a deep freeze. I was so cold in there, I had to go out to warm up. Otherwise, fine. I'm sure other people loved it.

I loved this place it's fast service, the workers always ask you if you've been helped it's wonderful. Also the tables are always cleaned there is never any messes, if there is one of the workers would be on it real quick

Always waiting on your food there slow but it is because they fame cook your burger but still sometimes you'll be waiting in the drive thru for about 15 mins I honestly think there ice cream is getting over priced basically $6.00 for a medium Sunday and for a small it's $5.00 also they changed there containers for the banna split so you get less for the original price am also not to happy about that either

Horrible! Our fries were not fully cooked! Ordered a Reese outrageous and only received a Reese’s pieces! Then was told the only ingredient in a the outrageous is the pieces. ???? This isn’t the first time it has been horrible!
