The new (ish) owner has really glitzed the place up and it is a far more pleasant experience. They are good to their consignors and have a great selection of prizes. I do find parking to be a bit awkward, but we can usually find a spot after we circle the block.

This is my very favourite store for kids clothes, shoes, outerwear etc. They always have a 50% off rack out front, with great stuff on it. Even the regular priced stuff is very reasonable. One day I'll get organized enough to start a consignment account with them, but for now it's a great, economical way to clothe fast growing kids!

Great selection, prices, and quality of used baby and children's clothing! I come here on a regular basis, since our baby is growing out of his clothing every couple months. They don't have so much equipment though. I go to Abra Kid dabra for that because they have a lot more. There's just not enough space for lots of equipment at Sailor Jacks.

I GOT RIPPED OFF!!!! I brought a large garbage bag full of ALL BRAND NAME clothes (over 100 items!!) and got paid $17.50. I even wrote on the form to return ALL UNSOLD ITEMS to me and have called them more than twice to follow up. First time, they said they have extended pick up date due to winter hours. SECOND time was 2 items was sold and they have called me...I HAVE NEVER GOT THE PHONE CALL and there was no message left on the phone....so I HAVE called them to get track my unsold items and wasn't given any HONEST ANSWERS!!!! so disappointed and feel so bad to get ripped off!!!!!!!! MY ADVICE? sell it online...you'll get your money's worth of your items!!!

I was disappointed to see a lot of value brands on the racks, as the website indicated these were not accepted for consignment and I went there specifically thinking I would not have to weed through endless rows of Carter's and Joe Fresh. However there is lots of selection and staff is very friendly. Prices are a little high for used.
