Not impressed. Called ahead to verify a product and size was available, and the girl said they had it in. Went and some other girl said they dont even carry the product even though online said they had 3. Drove all the way from Ajax to Oshawa at 10.00 PM to learn they screwed up. Not Dynamite at all...just plain sucks.

My wife bought a jacket online It arrived without a belt because it comes with a belt I went to the store to exchange it they told me there is the same one at the store and they give me the wrong 1 I didn't notice I came home and I found out it's the wrong jacket. But employees are great and they do help though!!

They're in trouble financially so they've marked up their prices insanely. A Blazer used to cost $44 is now $79-$89. A Jacket would cost $89 is now $139. The shirts and Sweaters varied from $19-$49 are now $29-$79.

I took my friend into Dynamite after she was disrespected and body shamed by associates at another clothing store, and I am beyond thrilled to say that the experience we were given at Dynamite put a huge smile back on both of our faces. At Dynamite we were both treated with respect despite the different size of our bodies. Both of us were warmly greeted by more than one employee, offered assistance and fitting rooms, and when my friend was in her fitting room, an employee very kindly brought some more items over that she thought we might like. All in all it was the complete opposite of the bad experience we'd had with another company, and we are very thankful to the ladies at Dynamite for perking up our day. We'll be sure to share the experience and point our friends your way! Special thanks to Gabrièle for her help in the fitting rooms. ❤

My favorite Dynamite location! The staff ALWAYS goes above and beyond for me! The associates are always dressed in the newest and latest trends from Dynamite , I usually buy entire outfits because of it!! I Love the vibe I get off of all of the girls it feels as though I'm shopping with friends. I have absolutely no complaints with this location, I'm always extremely satisfied after leaving!! Thank you Krysta, Penny, Amanda and all the other associates that make the Oshawa Dynamite such a great shopping experience!!

Will never shop here again!! I bought a dress for a NYE party that was cancelled. I tried to return the dress, in brand new condition, tags attached. The store manager told me it wasn’t in saleable condition because of some makeup on the collar, presumably from when someone else had tried it on in the store. It could probably be wiped off with a wet towel if I had even noticed it ahead of time. So now it’s up to me to complain to their head office and take to Twitter to plead my case. Total b.s. If you buy here, forget about returning. And, by the way, it was the store manager that told me to complain elsewhere. She certainly understands how to put the customer first!

Before Christmas bought a winter coat from dynamite. The price was good and the coat looked good and was warm. It was a white longer length jacket with faux fur trimmed hood. . But after washing it twice the outer shell ripped in three places, the coat began to self destruct. Beware of the fabrics used in their coats if the material is light and flimsy it can self destruct. Too bad the fabrics were so cheap I liked the coat otherwise.

Best place to shop for business clothing. The prices are a little high but it's directly reflected in the quality of the clothing! They have something for everyone and the sizing is fair. I still have clothing I bought at dynamite 5+ years ago!

First rule in Customer Service - ALWAYS GREET a customer when they enter your store. This location does not do that! I should feel welcomed when I enter the store. But because I don't; I leave the store and spend my money elsewhere.

It's very hit and miss with this store. Sometime the staff will provide support and guidance to the customers (only a few staff members will go above and beyond) those few staff members always remember me from before and know they outfits I have bought from dynamite . Then other days going back to my most recent visit ( FEB.25.2017 ) I just found as soon as I walked into the store I was being judged on my look.. I'm 19 years old but I do sometimes look young. None of the staff wanted to support me with finding the perfect outfit for a big job interview I have coming up. Was constantly being told that's "the old-style" we don't have it but as I went out and I looked after being done in the fitting rooms I found it.

The women at this location are amazing. Even though this location doesn’t have the same selection I feel comfortable and welcomed. I don’t shop at The Mayfair location anymore for this reason. I really appreciate great service and these ladies are doing it right.

The manager of this location is incredibly unprofessional and rude. Unfortunately she perpetuates this behavior to her staff. It's obvious she has chosen her career but setting this example for the young people in her store sets them up for failure. Dynamite should choose better people to represent their company. I will never shop with dynamite because of her abhorrent behavior.

HORRIBLE customer service by the manager. I was in store yesterday and I asked the manager the cost of a top and she first told me it was on sale and when she scanned it in she realized it wasn't, I told her she would have to honour it because she told it was on sale her response to me "I don't have to honour anything, I know my store policy". I called HQ to file a complaint and they didn't do anything. High in BS low in customer service!

The worst quality clothes. All my pants from Tb there have de-threaded at the seams and pulled after only owning them for a month. My tops are coming apart at the seams as well. And all their clothes have a nasty chemical smell to them that I can’t get out. Save your money and get clothes elsewhere that don’t fall apart

Actually told my friend to put her own clothes away after trying on two items.. not exactly sure if the employees are paid based off the poor customer service provided and out right negative attitude they had towards their customers. Someone should definitely look into make sure the employees want to be there.
