I came here often for birthday balloons which are great! But two occasions they messed up my order (I placed the orders but didn’t pick it up). One for my wedding and one for my baby gender reveal. A bit upset because both events were once a life time!! Both time I went back to request what happened, they both asked me, why didn’t you come earlier....do I look like I have time during my wedding or baby reveal party to come and ask about YOUR mistake??? Anyway, they gave me the extra balloons they missed from my wedding and refund me of the balloons they didn’t give me for the baby gender reveal. Was not too happy because they kept saying they weren’t the one who place the order and/or prep the order. It felt like they don’t even care when they made the mistake. I’m not sure if I want to give this another chance anymore.
