I always have low expectations for places like this, so I wasn't really disappointed (but that's not saying much). It was a little overpriced and the selection wasn't great, but I found what I was looking for and the staff was helpful.

(Translated) Very disappointed and frustrated. They have boxes for the costumes but when you get to the cash desk they can't find them! You ask the manager, she cannot come because she is too busy. You ask for help to find out if other stores have the costume but they don't want to call to help you Bravo !!! (Original) Très déçu et frustré. Ils ont des cartons pour les costumes mais quand tu arrives à la caisse ils ne les trouve pas! Tu demandes la gérante, elle ne peut pas venir car elle est trop occuper. Tu demande de l’aide à savoir si d’autres magasin ont le costume mais ils ne veulent téléphoner pour t’aider Bravo!!!

I’ve shopped here many times, mainly foe balloons ???? and the staff is always super helpful and friendly!

I was disappointed. Not enough selections and over price and not to mention staff wasn't even around to assist.
