This store has potential, but needs to update the way it runs its balloon counter. Three staff who all take and complete orders even when there are many people waiting to put in orders is not an efficient set-up. It's frustrating for those, like me, who really could care less about the details of balloon arranging and just want to get an order in and be on their way. A better service model: one staff member taking orders, two staff members completing orders. People can go and do their shopping while their orders are completed, or, if they are seriously interested in micromanaging the arrangements of balloons, can wait.

I have witnessed something really disgusting in the store. A “supervisor” named ANEK was extremely rude to her employees in front of customers. I had the pleasure or working with Miralda on January the 6 th for a phone order and a delivery. The assortment of balloons were perfect and everything went according to plan. Her extra attention to details with swapping certain colors for others was spot on. I highly recommend Giggles and there excellent staff.

Went to giggles to get some balloon deco strip and the lady at the counter first told us to check in the last aisle. When I didn’t find it and returned to ask for help, the lady said that there was none available at the store. My aunt who was still in the back, called me back and told me she found it. I do not get why the lady did that but not only did she deny any tape being present she was also rude. This is bad customer service.

I’ve been going there for years (since it opened) and I love it there and have been a very loyal client. Lately they are lacking in stock and i needed stuff for my sons 1st birthday and I went weeks ago they said they get stock (they never did) actually they did but not the stuff they said and nothing for boys, then I bought an item there it fell apart on me. I’m disappointed as I loved going there and depended on them for all my decoration needs.

Extensive selection of party supplies. All colors, all styles, adult parties, kid parties, themed parties, lot bag fillers, specialty party items, really anything and everything. Love their balloons, the selection is nice and the "bouquets" are quite nice. Slightly expensive though, the bill gets out of hand quickly.

The staff here is great.I bought some party balloons for my girlfriend's birthday but then had trouble with my payment at the cash as my debit malfunctioned. I left the store without the ballons, with the intent to come back with cash before closing.3 traffic jams,2 detours and a rear end later ,it's 30 minutes past closing and i haven't gone for my balloons yet.So i called the store and they told me to knock on the door when I got there.lo and behold, the staff unlocked the door at my arrival and were super friendly the entire transaction even though i was there way after closing.They even wrapped up the ballons to protect them from punctures.all in all I found it to be an incredibly courteous experience and i would recommend this place to anyone looking for party supplies in the lasalle area.

I opened a bag to find out if the product was of good quality (as it was $ 40 for a simple cape) and to see if there were any other accessories included in the bag. And there a man, who seems to be the owner, immediately approached me, telling me that I should not open the bags and that I should simply read the descriptions. I kindly told him that at this price, I would like to see for myself if it is of good quality and what is included in the bag. He patronized me that it was written on the cardboard. He made me feel like I was a second class customer and that insulted me. He then approached an employee and nastily ordered her to put the costumes and accessories in this section. And then there, in front of me, the owner and his employee started to put things right in my section, as if I were not there! For at least 5-10 minutes (seemed like an eternity), I no longer had access to this section (because I had to respect the Covid distancing). So I waited patiently for them to finish before returning to my shopping. I should have told them but I was too angry ... After a few minutes, I left the store without buying anything. If I had had good service, I would surely have bought the costumes for my two children. I find it a shame because I wanted to encourage a local business but I encouraged Amazon instead :( (Original) Service à la clientèle pitoyable. Je lui ai dit gentiment qu'à ce prix, j'aimerais constater par moi-même si c'est de la bonne qualité et qu'est-ce qui est inclus dans le sac. Il m'a répondu de façon condescendante que c'était écrit sur le carton. Il m'a fait sentir que j'étais une cliente de seconde classe et ça m'a insulté. Il a ensuite abordé une employée et lui a ordonné de façon désagréable de ranger les déguisements et accessoires dans cette section. Et puis là, devant moi, le proprio et son employée ont commencé à ranger les choses justement dans ma section, comme si je n'étais pas là! Pendant au moins 5-10 minutes (ça m'a semblé une éternité), je n'avais plus accès à cette section (car je devais respecter la distanciation Covid). J'ai donc attendu patiemment qu'ils aient terminé avant de retourner à mon magasinage. J'aurais dû leur dire mais j'étais trop furieuse... Après quelques minutes, je suis sortie du magasin sans rien acheter. Si j'avais eu un bon service, j'aurais sûrement acheté les déguisements de mes deux enfants. Je trouve ça dommage car je voulais encourager un commerce local mais j'ai encouragé Amazon à la place :(
