This is the biggest dollar store in town . Store is big size. Neat and clean. I found, stuffs are very organized. It’s very close to my work place. I visit this place very often. Variety of items are available. However very hard to find $ 1 items. For any decoration ( Birthday, etc) I always buy from here. There are many garden and other summer items available. Stainless steel plates looks very good and $4.5 each. Lots of parking spots including para parking. Other stores, banks, office, schools are in walking distance. I recommend others to try this place.

This should be called the $40 dollar store...what a joke. Its really disgusting knowing their mark up is so high because they know they are one of the only "dollar stores" in town. When is fort mac going to get a Dollar Rama or Dollar Tree...this place is more expensive than walmart.

A sort of being blown off is how I felt? But not theses folks! They'll actually BRING you to wherever they think the item is that you seek on a certain shelf, then!?..Asking if they may help you find anything else before they go back to what they were doing. a prime example of actually caring wether you found it? If you are satisfied in finding all that you needed, it's been my experience that help such as this? Is usually sales reps with commish? Or they own that store (something to gain by giving you customer service we deserve everywhere for any reason! Fyi?) Anyhow? That was my EXACT personal experience there just the other day, thought I'd jot this down for all of you folks who may have a mild brain injury? And just prefer to shop at a bit slower of a pace, not rushing to the till at doing things, browsing etc. It may be a small store up there next to Save On Foods? But they have a ton of things in there and some of the kindest/Patient people I've met since moving from Vanc Island to Kamloops, where WE are ALL nice there! Unlike the people I've met here? It was nice to see we're not a dying breed, as I was really starting to think this way? While I have to live here now! Thanks for reading, I hope this helps ya!? UPDATE: After shopping here for a couple years and regularly spending $100+ per visit I have only one complaint: I have NOTHING to complain about! Just today the owner went WAY over and above the call and without being asked in order to make me even more of a lifetime shopper. Google needs a 10 star system so I could give what's deserved. Spotless, Clean, Organized, Economical, Awesome Selection, Great Staff/Service and all around enjoyment to shop. You can tell that the management opted for higher quality goods than that of your average "Dollar Store" because I have many daily use items that I purchased a year or more ago and they are all still in perfect working condition. Take your time and don't rush yourself because this truly is Your Dollar Store with MORE. Always a pleasure to shop.

Went to buy a skim board, over priced at $20, but decided to get it anyways, then go to the till, she rings it up at $28, "boy thats a ot of tax.." the counter person says, "these are actually $25" Sticker said $20, she refused to honor the sticker price. This dollar store has a wide variety of products for some reasonable prices, though not everything costs a dollar, it's still pretty affordable. Some of the items are actually pretty good quality for the price. The store accepts credit cards. No cash refunds, but exchanges are allowed within 7 days if unused / unopened condition.

The new west store has a lady just having a whale of a time cashing ppl out but won't help other customer's when they have a question. This is a clean and well organized store. A large variety of products with just a touch above your so-called dollar store prices. Not that there is dollar stores anymore but you know what I mean. New manager is rude and stereotypes people. Upon first entering the store from the first second she looked at me she asked people to follow me around. Then when i went to pay for items she asked me why i didn't buy more and where i put down the other stuff i was looking at. I told her and simply and even offered to show her where i placed them back because I had nothing to hide. Still unbelievably embarassing and offensive to go through when you are just shopping like anybody else and you are judged based on your looks. This is the 21st century. My friends, family, and I stopped shopping here after my experience. I miss the old management. The staff are still friendly and one of them even apologized to me for how i was being treated while I was paying and a few customers came up to me out front and apologised as well. Still an overall horrible experience even with the kindness of their staff and other customers though.
