During that minus 50°c deep freeze over New Years, my old battery died, regrettably. Being new to the community, and knowing nobody here, I was very apprehensive about where was a safe garage to take my vehicle to be serviced at. I was referred to and I called a local tow truck company here in Dauphin, because Twin didn't have their own tow truck, and on the same day, I got my battery boosted, and I was able to get my car in quickly at Dauphin Twin Motors to be serviced. Though the winterization /oil change and putting air in my tires / balancing my tires took a few hours, the coffee was great, the waiting room was comfortable, and the guys in service and sales were kind and good conversationists! Coffee was great as well. Thanks Dauphin Twin Motors for taking such good care of my vehicle. ???????????????? Highly recommend!

Excellent facility. Booked a service appointment in the morning for the same day. Took my truck in and within an hour was on my way. Nothing complicated about the process. Refreshments and comfortable seating available in main office if staying on site.

I've been here for service on my Honda(s) a few times now with mostly good results. I did have one sub par experience but they were quick to remedy the situation at no cost to me. This most recent experience however was what prompted me to write a review. After taking my car to a small independent service shop in town I was told I would need a new catalytic converter and that the part would cost $800 for an OE replacement part or $1600 dollars for an OEM part and labor would be around $700. On top of that it was going to take a week+ to get the part. This didn't sit right with me so I took it for a second opinion at twin motors where they found there was nothing wrong with the converter itself rather it had been ripped off the exhaust pipe and needed to be welded back on. The whole thing took about 3 hours, handled same day, and cost less than $500. Full well knowing they could have taken me for a ride they were honest and did quality work. A special thanks to Mike, Curtis, Chris, Tiffany and Leigha for helping me get the service I needed.

I had a flat tire and it was repaired. We just brought it in and they fit us in when they had a chance. Pretty much what you should expect. Staff was courteous and professional. Plus we had tire warranty which I didn't realize so the repair cost us nothing extra. Good experience all around.
