Went to purchase some items and one of the workers came up to us asking what we where doing with the absolute most rude tone, she was going to attempt to ask us to leave as we continued shopping. Staff needs to learn how to properly treat customers.

The staff isnt very helpful. They're too interested in talking amoungst themselves. I asked for assistance and they said "check isle 3" ok perhaps organize the shelves so isle 3 isn't like searching for a needle in a haystack!!!

They have lots of different kinds of balloons here. We ordered two sets of these balloons, they’re huge but super nice. They know exactly what colour to blend in for a nice set up of balloons. Recommended to all!

I don’t understand how a store focused on parties can be closed on Sundays? I ordered balloons for my son’s birthday party and then found out the store wasn’t open on the day of the party - Sunday. So I had to rearrange my schedule to pick them up a day early and then find a place to store a giant balloon centrepiece overnight so my son wouldn’t see it. On the day of the party, I needed extra party supplies last minute because more people showed up than planned. I had to use Walmart to buy some that didn’t match the theme because this store was closed. Very frustrating!

I wish I can give ZERO or Negative stars to the Regent staff. The staff was super rude and not helpful especially 3 ladies on the balloons side including manager. I waited over there for 15 minutes to order balloons, they were looking at me but ignoring. When I asked, I need help one of them said with most rude tone " we are working on orders and you have to wait " and don't know how long to wait. Atleast when they saw me standing over there, they can tell me right away they are busy, so I can't waste my 15 minutes. These ladies ruined my day, my 5 years son was so excited on his special day. Staff needs to learn (3 ladies) how to properly treat customers. This is the second time happened with me at same location and same side. The cashier was so nice and helpful.

Great for kids parties. I learned a couple of years ago that if you go early enough they can get you some stuff not on the shelves. Great banner printing and balloon bouquets too! Love this place.

Not recommended if you buy foil/latex balloons online at cheaper rate, and think of filling helium gas from here. It wouldn't be cheaper, instead it would go costly for you. Coz basically Party Stuff people want us to buy from them only and not online. I bought foil balloons online for a cheaper rate, and wanted to get helium filled in here. These were 21 inches big. They charged $4 for each foil balloons to fill in helium. And when I bought another similar size foil balloon from them, with helium filled by them, that was for $4 as well. So being sarcastic, I wanna ask a question, Is it that you guys sell the foil balloon for free and charge only for gas ? And the balloon i bought from them had a hole i realized after few hours when it started to lose air. Couldn't go back coz the store was closed by then. No meaning of going next day coz i wanted it for the same night.

Had a large unreasonable rush job with almost 100 helium balloons grouped in sets. Same day in less than 2 hours! Amazing staff! Thanks so much...I guess there is Christmas in July!!

Ordered and paid for two balloons for a special birthday event and was told the store was open till 9pm. Went back to pick up the order at 7pm to find the store closed! Totally ruined the party showing up with nothing.???? Today I was told they just starting close at 6 on Sat and they would have called me but lost my paperwork!!! Great, thanks for the refund. ???? It would have been a decent gesture to at least give me the two balloons as well.

Was able to find what we were looking for, but the staff didn't seem like they were having a good day. Unless they were just super busy. One wouldn't make eye contact with us, felt kinda rude, but who knows. I'll probably be back to prep for Halloween soon enough, I can update then if things have changed. I have a good memory of who helped us the last time.

Went to get a halloween costume on Oct. 9th and they didn't even have their halloween costumes available, it was an absolute mess in there with boxes and stuff everywhere I guess they were setting up but it was completely disorganized. Was helped by a young girl who was very apologetic, but when she asked questions to her coworker the coworker was quite rude.

I'm usually disappointed with their stock but this year they had a lot of really interesting props. The girls at the counter we're friendly and had a great shopping experience. Would love more of a bigger anime section but some of what they had were pretty cool!

Ordered balloons and paid over the phone a few days before a Birthday party for my best friend. When came in to pick up the balloons, few hours before the party, turned out that this are not the balloons I ordered (I specified at my order for them to be "gold"...I got blue). When told the employee that this is not what I ordered, she did not tried to help me or something, didn't say anything. just went to her manager and asked he to "deal" with me. Of course they have not had any balloons that I needed. I requested a refund.. Didn't have time to go somewhere else to get the balloons. The Birthday surprise was ruined... Don't even bother to call and order, the employees cannot even accurately write your order down!

Couldn't find any costume in my size. Prices were too high for Halloween makeup, with no discount 3 days before. My partner found his costume, in his size, on sale. So he scored and saved big. Regret making any purchase here because I found cheaper Halloween items and costumes at Spirit Halloween instead. Their final sales on Halloween purchases forced me to keep my expensive purchase. This place is only good for decorations for special occasions such as Weddings, St. Patty's Day, or Mardi Gras. Didn't appreciate being spied on by staff like a thief. Damn you Karen!

Very rude staff. I was waiting for some balloons I ordered, just browsing through the items near the table when the lady said, "Hey you!". When I turned to look, she made the index finger motion signaling me to approach and said, "Come here!" I didn't want that incident to ruin my day since it was my daughter's birthday so I decided to let it slide... but apparently I've never forgotten. That is how one addresses a wayward child, not a person. Perhaps instead of chucking it off to a misunderstanding, we should be sensitive of other people's culture?
