Like most Winners this location is a chaotic mess. Stock is strewn all over the shelves and otber displays. It's obvious that they don't care how the store looks. I guess a lot of people don't care as long as they think they are saving a bit of money. I can't really recommend Winners for anything and i keep wondering why I go back.

Store can be a bit of a mess between restocking. Employees are friendly and helpful, the styles they bring in are up to date. And their make up selection is absolutely to die for. I go here to get a deal.

This syore in Cranbrook is a great surprise. Big variety of seasonal candy and decoration pieces. Quite unique baby gift collection. We loved the choices for our grandkids .

Winners is a hit-or-miss kind of place. They offer a great selection of things at decent prices, and you'll always find a little surprise. However, I can find little luck with the clothing, not to mention that searching the clothing racks can be a bit of a pain. Additionally, their website doesn't show their stock, making online shopping next to impossible. My favourite parts of Winners are their pet and home section, where I can always find something to add to my wishlist. I also appreciate that 80% of Winner products are decent quality.

I bought a mirror today and the man serving me handled it roughly .grabbed it by the mirror and not by the base so he got his ugly finger prints all over my mirror ... didn’t seem to care it was a breakable glass item ... he was just rude overall . It's the same winners you've seen in every other city. The same layout, the same fru-fru dog accessories, the same fell-off-the-truck sports stuff, the same bizarre decorative items you've seen in the other stores. However, I did find a huge mirror in this Winners for cheap, so that's good.

This shopping experience was great. I have experienced though when you need to leave something behind that you really like you cannot wait because they do not have multiples of most of their products. I find when I have to do that because of budget my further experiences are not that great because what I had originally wanted is nowhere to be found. In addition I am a plus size person and they do not have much in my sizing. I wish that they would add more. I would shop more.

Most staff at this location are super nice and knowledgable about what they have available????, but selection is lacking and size of the store needs to be bigger for more selection including the dress shoe and quality name brand running shoe section that at this location is always presents disappointment when our family shops there. The Mens and ladies dress clothing section, casual fashions, & sport wear sections ALL need more clothing size options for both lean & big tall people options (clothing for people over 5'10", also plus sizes and business wear for both men & women in this location is always lacking for tall or plus size people & what they do get in goes super fast for those sizes as there are many tall & plus size people in this region - corporate needs to listen to customer & staff feedback more for our family, friends, & colleagues to shop there more.

I like winners in general. Pretty cool decorations and sometimes great deals. However, if you buy something make sure your item is not damaged especially if it's an sale item. I bought a very simple shirt not long ago which was on sale (but still $20), and when I got home I realized it had a hole on the side:/. Like come on if the item is damaged at least leave a note on the item so the customer can decide if they want it or not, lower the price to what it's worth!, or don't sell it at all!! My bad, next time I will check everything out before I buy something. That being said I have seen a lot of damaged items in that store.

I have winner's withdrawals. Closest one is 4 hours from me. Thrilled as usual! Always find at least one thing I never knew I needed! Sad restocking is slow but the trucks just aren't running as they were pre covid so I can't hold that against one of my favorite places to shop!

the ladies (both with glasses on) are here to work or just to gossip around! unprofessional, bad customer service. the two ladies one as I remember is allison and not sure other , very rude and pass comments on the customers, we with my family overheard them talking. and when we pointed about the same. they just brushed off with giggles. these folks need training on customer service, or just quit the job if you don't like. you clearly aren't doing much anyway. very unprofessional behaviour.
