They do so much giving for people in need.

marilyn rogers

The negative reviews are totally wrong. There is great selection and have re-organized the store beautifully. Prices may be a bit higher but they help people in need in our community. The new manager is very helpful and kind. If the people want free stuff don't go to a store.

Morgan O'Donnell

This is the biggest thrift store in a 300 km radius! Staff is nice. Wheelchair accessible, big free parking lot. 0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000pppppppppp00000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000.

The Salvation Army in Cranbrook is the most non judgemental place I have ever been to. The staff there are tremendously friendly, empathetic, and helpful!

Shannon Balaski

Allen Choromiec

Nice selection and excellent customer service for a secondhand store but high prices considering all the product has been donated to the store. Many items I looked at were damaged but priced as if they were not. Some prices are even a bit greedy.

Eric Viklund

Lots to choose from, but a little disorganized. Maybe they were just having a bad day.

Alicja Wilson

Debra Dowson

Great place to get things at a cheaper price.

Pallavi Choudhary

A place to find gems ????

Matt Holzman

I don't mind checking out the place from time to time... Rotating stock places intrigue me. A lot of cast of junk hits the shelves, but the occasional "diamond in the rough" makes it worth a visit now and again.

Isabel Menzel

Pretty overpriced for a thrift store, a lot of the prices were what I would expect to pay for the item new.

Cheryl bois

when I first came here thought they where great. then they turned on me I get in trouble forsomething someone else did. then pastors in radio preaching like nothing happened I am so hurt. will never support these people ever againdine with Sally lost all my respect for them

i would'nt recommend letting a man named Sean Furey and his buddies into your home to come pick up your donations, they came in and took whatever they wanted without asking. I made it clear to what can go and what cant, and when i had my back turned they took what they could make money on, by the time i figured it out they were already gone, and since then he hasnt contacted me, and has been ignoring my messages, which i found to be unprofessional. Never again i'm i letting them come into my home!!!

Nice little thrift store with reasonable prices and good sales. Staff is always helpful and kind. Its a little out of the way though.

Cindy Lyn

My daughter and I have been volunteers at The Salvation Army for about 4 years now. We are so proud to be part of an organization that helps so many deserving people in our community. I think people need to quit complaining about the prices in the thrift store! There is a sale on most every day..all you need to do is ask about the item you're interested in and i bet you will find it to be priced very fairly. Please know that the thrift store helps to support our kitchen that offers very healthy lunches to anyone who comes in..for a mere $1.00, and if you cant afford that, they happily provide you with a lunch at no cost..no questions asked. And Also i’d like to mention the work and effort that is put into providing a wonderful Christmas Toy drive every year. You people have no idea how difficult this and time consuming this is. But it is a task that is taken on happily by all involved so that many children in this community do not go without. So... Please think twice before you publically bash such a worthy organization that our small community is so fortunate to have here.

D. A. Vance

You can never say anything bad about this amazing helpful organization with incredible kind staff and volunteers.
