Being a newbie to snowboarding, I have been browsing in town for the proper gear needed. Been to couple stores who had things on shelves but all those places failed at helping me as a customer. That's when my friends took me to The Choice. The staff at The Choice are super friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me a lot during my first visit and gifted me have a wonderful shopping experience. And that's why I went there a second and third time during this winter. Thank you guys. Top-Notch customer service. I had a small issue ordering online so i sent an email. Jordyn phoned, made me a new online quote, AND followed up with a phone call to make sure everything went through without an issue. This girl literally offered to drop my package off at the post office in-person to make sure it made the 4PM delivery cutoff time. I will 100% order from this store again. 5 stars ALL DAY LONG. The staff are amazing. If your dog is well behaved it can come with you. Great sales on gear. If they don't have it they might be able to order it just for you.

Ordered a Vans hoodie from here as Vans was all out of my size, so having the size I wanted was already a huge plus! I just received the shoes today. I wanted to say thank you so much! They came quite quickly (had them shipped from the store in BC all the way to Nova Scotia) and are 1000% what I was hoping for!
