I came from Calgary to purchase my wedding dress from Tara’s Boutique. From my very first phone call Tammy was extremely helpful and friendly. She was able to order me my dream dress at an unbeatable price. Also, the customer service she provided was wonderful. She ordered my Maggie Sottero dress and it came in 4 months. She called me as soon as it came in and I made the trip to Cranbrook to pick it up - It was well worth the drive. I also purchased my veil from her as her prices were amazing (the ones I looked at in Calgary ranged from $300-$1000). It was a very easy, stress free and pleasant experience. I went to this boytique and was completely enveloped by the world Tara has spent endlessly crafting. From the colors in the air to the shades on the ground this is certainly a must-see for all Cranbrook torrerists. My boys were heart attacked when I blew the whistle for our leave. I too could sense their lust and desire for a cheap tux, at an overpriced rate. The suits my 2 little ones left with were navy blue with whites bees and Gregor got what he had dreamed of, camo and black overalls. In conclussion Tara entered my most secretly zones and pushed them to there limit. Boy OH Boy good time all round we will be bakc now you herar. <3

Tammy was excellent. I headed to a much larger center (Calgary) to experience wedding dress shopping at stores with a huge selection. My experience was incredible disappointing at the larger stores, and I ended up finding exactly what I wanted from Tammy. She was helpful and accommodating, and her prices are extremely fair (in fact, I saved a significant amount buying a dress from Tara's Boutique instead of from a larger store). Additionally, we rented my husband's suit from Tammy, and had an excellent experience. She was able to get it in, in short notice. I would highly recommend Tara's Boutique.

This is a review only of the men's rental selections. The store rents cheap, low quality, ill-fitting tuxedos and suits with very, very cheap pants and shoes. No in-store samples of tuxedos, only catalogues and the word of the owner are available. The tuxedo jackets retail online for less than the rental rate and the entire men's selection is a massive rip-off. Will not be recommending, but she holds a monopoly on the tuxedo rental business in Cranbrook. If you want to look truly nice, not tacky, at your grad or wedding, do not rent at Tara's Boutique.

Spent a large amount of money on our wedding at Tara's had a time limit to have measurements in and was in plenty of time and was still charged a late fee. When it was was all said and done the cheap garment bag they put on my wedding dress with their advertising on it they charged us a further 25 dollars so much for customer service and appreciation .

Tammy genuinely turned my stressful last minute shopping into the easiest experience. I had ordered a dress back in May that had yet to arrive. With all of the uncertainty, my Fiance and I made the decision to elope, leaving me without a dress, or so I thought! I called Tammy to see if she had anything available in my size and she sent me options right away! I picked one of the two options she had and she even traded the dress I had originally ordered for the one I ended up buying. I cannot thank her enough for the kindness she showed while I was frantic. Her honesty is always appreciated. She knows her stuff and I will continue to support her business at any opportunity!

Tammy is her name and being one of not the worst customer service failure is her game, not only where the incorrect items ordered we where forced to do many of the fixed and alterations our self because it's our problem. Ever stick of tool I have to remove will be another person I tell to stay the hell away!

I have bought my prom dress, bridesmaid dress, and wedding gown all at Tara's, and do not have a negative thing to say whatsoever. All great quality dresses that are very reasonably priced. Tammy is wonderful about doing everything in her power to make sure you are happy with your experience and purchase at her store. I really appreciate her commitment to running a high quality, professional business, and would recommend Tara's Boutique to anyone looking to support a local business and find a gorgeous dress!
