Need way more staff. Where the heck are our tax dollars and ridiculous service fees going. If this business was in the private sector it would fail miserably. Staff is nice and helpful though

Staff was friendly and Helpful. They followed all Covid rules well. Booking a 'L' knowledge test last summer was easy but booking a Road test for the 'N' is very difficult using the ICBC website. I would probably recommend calling them but that usually takes a long time so I would say that if you want to renew something related to driving, plan months in advance. Other than the delays, everything is great. Lots of parking in the parking lot beside, or in front of the building, or even across the street. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

It was great the people are really friendly to help you out some of them have great sense of humor the one that I really liked who had great sense of humor was he working Annalise she was amazing very helpful and yeah good sense of humor loved it and again very helpful so my hats off to them to the government workers for they are doing a phenomenal job there under certain circumstances

Very little parking and long wait times to be helped. 1 hour to renew a drivers licence. Come on higher more workers. If this was a business I would never shop here again your competitor would be doing well.

It would be really nice if the specific hours of operation, including times of closure for cleaning were posted on this site. This would save further frustration in showing up only to find it closed. There are still those who are only going out for essential reasons and the hours would be very helpful. The employees are great ????
