On a road trip through the Kootenays and we stay at Sandman locations when possible. This time two nights from Friday to Sunday and we enjoyed our stay very much. We had a great dog friendly room close to the entrance door, room was clean and staff was super friendly, especially Kyla and Kayleen were welcoming and helpful when ever we needed something. Thank you

pool ditry no hot tub, service is great bubly and kind. rooms are decent lights flicker and don't work well kind of erie and creepy but pretty good. Doors dont close well and bath room dirty, used towels hung as well. walls marked up and dirty. find a diffrent hotel if you have children.

Musty room that was clearly smoked in recently. Garbage in the trash from the person before me. And the TV wasn't formatted for what it was displaying, which means the picture was being cut off and I couldn't see a few inches on all sides (really annoying when looking at the guide because you can't see the bottom row)

Work puts me in hotels. The sandman in Cranbrook seems like a nice hotel. Room has 2 queen sized beds, kitchenette with full sized fridge, stove and microwave. No elevator to the second floor. Train tracks right behind the hotel, so you can hear the rumbling of the train as it goes past. There is a pool and fitness center. Right along the main highway going through town so lots of restraunts within walking distance.
