The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they have a nice selection of gently used clothing at a reasonable price. I also really appreciate the measures they are taking to keep customers and staff safe during the pandemic. This is my new favourite used clothing store!

I had a wonderful experience at West & Co.! I did not think I could find plus size clothing, but my husband kept telling me to check it out. I finally got there last Friday, May 28th. I was thrilled to find a gorgeous long dress with black lace overlay that fit me perfectly! I also found a beautiful indigo 3/4 length coat. Needless to say, every future trip to Cumberland will include a visit to West & Co.

My girlfriend got some really great lace sweaters for really inexpensive here. I thought the staff was really friendly and they definitely seem to take good care of the clothes. I think it's great we have such a great second hand clothes store in the valley and I'm happy they exist to provide new life to excellent pieces. If you have old clothes that's in good shape definitely bring it down to them and see what they think.

This might be a great place to SHOP if you fit their demographics but for someone wishing to consign goods I found them snippy and dismissive. Everything I brought in was in very good condition and "fashionable" in the larger sense but they literally threw my clothes into two bins, and then threw the rejects into my suitcase. I had no idea what they had taken until I got home and opened my suitcase. A very embarrassing exchange for a plus size woman with "office" clothes.

They only pay out 40% of items that sell for less than $50. Every other consignment store Ive known has ALWAYS paid 60% regardless of what the selling price of the item was. Also if the item isnt tagged at $50 or more, they wont return it to you, only donate it. I would only recommend this shop if you want to sell high priced items valued at $50 or more, otherwise its not worth it. Also would it kill consignment stores to give you a receipt for the items that they take? Not one store I have ever gone to has done this. If they loose the item or your contract, how are you supposed to prove it was dropped off? Seems like laziness.

The window displays are gorgeous, these girls have got style. I bought 2 full outfits right off the mannequins! Very good quality pieces, very reasonable prices, lovely staff, and overall a wonderful place to shop. They also have an online store which I've purchased from, that is very handy. I'm looking forward to going there again.
