I stumbled into this store with my wife while in Courtenay for the first time. I will never step foot in this store again and would caution the community to stay away as well. My wife was inquiring about tea leaf readings as we didn't know what they were and I witnessed her get emotionally, verbally and energetically attacked. The woman working there made rude comments about my wife's appearance and personality based on how her fingernails were kept. It's was aggresive and belittling. From an energy perspective I wouldn't touch anything in the store as there was the darkest vibe I've ever felt in my entire life. We immediately went to another city and saw a healer after our expirience here.

I love, love, love this shop. The owner is wonderful and kind. I could spend hours in here holding and looking at all the beautiful things. I always feel uplifted when I enter this shop.

When I was baying present for my daughter tarot carts ($52), nobody warned me that they have policy "no back money to customers". Today I have back to them and only money they offer me was gift certificate. I was trying to find something for me, but there was nothing I would like for myself. So I give them my gift certificate with my sour wishes "have a good 50 dolars" I am seniors on fixed income. That hurts me a lot, and I do not think it is fair. Witoslawa Lewczuk

Good prices, lots of great products. Kinda meh selection of crystals. Lots of beautiful sound bowls. Basically the Costco of incense, If you can smell it it's probably there. Many cool tarot and oracle cards. Has statuary for many types of practices. Excellent books.

I always feel very uncomfortable with the staff, I should also mention that they banned my friends years ago for having "bad energy" and he was just wearing an Iron Maiden hoodie. They only wanted to buy some books and crystals in what should be a relaxing and accepting environment. I feel like the store is beautiful, but the energy from the owner is awful.
