This was my 2nd time buying a car, but I have never been to National Cars. I went here to help my mom buy a car and it was a wonderful experience compared to when I bought my first car from a dealership. The staff were absolutely wonderful, there were so many cars that were affordable and amazing, and the whole process was stress-free. Paul was the employee who helped us with everything. We already had a car in mind before we went to National and ended up changing our decision to another car. Paul was very patient and made sure we felt comfortable with everything. Right off the bat, I found Paul to be extremely knowledgeable regarding every car in the lot and a very likeable person. I will DEFINITELY return here in the future to buy another car!! Thank you for everything, Paul. 10/10 experience!

I was experiencing some car trouble at highway speeds with a rental from another National location on the island and Claudette made me feel heard, took the time to look over my car and got me into a different vehicle first thing the next day that I could feel confident was good to go. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!! Paul Bock is the AMAZING guy I dealt with and all I can say is WOW!!!! From when I first enquired about the car till the day I bought it he was nothing but patient, attentive, knowledgable, answered all questions, would even call me at home during his off time he is extremely likeable guy........ Paul Bock is the guy you gotta go see! 10 outta 10 recommend, worth the drive down the coast to see him.

(Translated) Corporate customer service hung up 5 times in our face! Really unprofessional, you get charged for fees that you don't even know what it is! We never received the insurance and the reservation documents. We drove without insurance for 2 days for more than 1000km of road that we had to do.The vehicle had to have an oil change we called company to find out what to do and tell us to go to the airport to change the vehicle we wasted our gas and our time being told that there was nothing they could do for us so we had to drive with the stress of doing an oil change for 1000km. I recommend nobody to go with national and company it's CROSSEURS! You are going to get charged a lot more than what you were told at the start! (Original) Service à la clientèle de Entreprise à raccroché 5 fois dans notre visage! Vraiment pas professionnel, tu te fais charger pour des frais que tu sais même pas c’est quoi ! Nous avons jamais reçus l’assurance et les documents de la réservation. Nous avons conduis sans assurances pendant 2 jours pour plus de 1000km de route que nous avons eu à faire.Le véhicule devais avoir un changement d’huile nous avons appeler entreprise pour savoir quoi faire et nous disent de se rendre à l’aéroport pour changer le véhicule on as gaspiller notre gaz et notre temps pour qu’on nous dit qu’il peuvent rien faire pour nous donc nous avons du conduis avec le stress de faire un changement d’huile pour 1000km. Je recommande a personne de aller avec national et entreprise c’est des CROSSEURS ! Vous allez vous faire charger beaucoup plus cher que Ques qu’on vous dit au début!

This company has provided excellent service and follow up. I rented a 15 foot cube van, that was clean, mechanically sound and in my opinion reasonably priced. The condition of the vehicle was probably one of the best I have ever rented in a vehicle of this type. I had an unfortunate situation where I damaged the passenger mirror. The fairness and honest dealings with me regarding the repair cost, was exceptional. I don't normally do ratings like this, however this company deserves a public thank-you from me. The staff made all of this much less stressful to deal with and were great! Thanks to all there!

Worst service I have ever had with national the lady at the front counter doesn't know what she is doing and over charges 1700$ charged to my visa for a two day rental that was quoted at 169$
