Paid to have a button sewn on, typically you sew both sides of the button. She only sewed half the button. Lazy work. She is lucky my husband picked it up, i would have only paid half as she only performed half the work required. Her shop opens at 11 and she wasn't there till 11:20. This is probably a money laundering operation, no way she makes enough money from her shody work

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. The woman owner is not professional over promises and under delivers and is not a good sewer at best. I would not leave her with a pair of socks to mend. She has a very dismissive demeanour. When I called to pick up my clothes she did not even remember what items she was to fix. She has no change room so you have to strip out front where anyone and everyone can see. I would buy new clothes or wait to take them to my tailor in vancouver than use this service again. I took in a blazer for adjustments as I have lost weight. When I got the coat back and tried it on it seemed to fit but since there are no mirrors in the storeI had no idea how bad it looked from the back. The new seams ended with large puckers and the jacket is now a throw away item. I won't go back there.

I took 4 items in to have altered. I was made to change out in the open while she went into the other room. The space I changed in had a window overlooking businesses across the street. A week later, I picked up my pants and when I got home, tried them on. The hems were well done, however the waist alterations were terribly done and now I have to find someone else to fix her work. This cost me $110. Very disappointed to say the least.

The worst place I have ever been horrible customer service. She messes up my dress alterations. and then charge a huge amount. When confronted she blamed the manufacture for her screw up..

Any time I need a zipper on one of my jackets or hoodies fixed this is where I go .Georgia always does a 100% good job and cares a lot about her customers and gives very good customer service.
