Great service, especially during the lockdown. However their billing department has decided to take it upon themselves to charge what they want on my credit card, and I've had to phone them numerous times to get it corrected. If I hadn't caught it, I would have been out almost $200. Watch these guys.

Staff very friendly. No issues renting and returning the car. Cars are neat and tidy- perfect for a weekend escape down or up the island if you're a tourist. many cars to pick, you can book online or just walk in. Will come back if I'm around next time.

Had a great experience at this Budget location in Cranbrook. Amazing customer service. They were there for me last minute when Enterprise failed to meet my needs, and were extremely friendly even after I had an accidental damage for which they made the insurance claims process simple and hassle free. Huge thank you to the staff!!

At first I was happy cause i was able to get a pretty good deal for a full-sized carover the phone but, when I arrived from the airport, there were no cars available so they forced me to take a large, lumbering, gas-guzzling SUV instead. Not f***ing impressed. ???????????? Rent a car elsewhere.

Rented a car from there. They requested the tank to be full on returning the car. I filled the car in Kimberley. I had to produce a receipt to prove that I filled the tank. I filled the tank in Kimberley. They said I needed to fill the tank in Cranbrook. She made me go to the gas station across the street and I put in $3.00 of fuel. Icbc was paying for the rental and the clerk still did not have confirmation. She didn't even thank me for renting a car from Budget.

Didn't bother to follow up with my insurance company to finalize rental. Stated on the phone they would have it done by 4pm. Showed up at 5pm and nothing was done. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Too rigid regarding their policies no flexability at all which left us in a difficult situation. The csr did not care, no customer service at all. Our situation could have been easily remedied with a little effort. It was a gift for Budget to respond and help with but they did nothing.

They didn’t have a small or sedan for me and gave me a minivan and refused to offer other vehicles in the lot such as an SUV instead. The minivan had lots of unclaimed damage (scuffs, scratches etc) which delayed my trip having to go back and have them recorded.

We had such great service here from Kim who really got us out of a pickle when we got stranded in Cranbrook! Kim was so so helpful and managed to match Enterprise's price. I cannot recommend this place enough, especially contrasted with their competition. We had been really let down by Enterprise the night before, causing us to have to stay in a motel over night and even though this was none of Budget's fault at all, Kim was so sympathetic and genuine and accommodating.

Budget is ok , but often there is a long waiting time while they are looking after customers. I realize that wage cost is a problem but so would it be if your customers decide to check out the competition.

DO NOT EVER RENT CARS FROM THEM GOT CHARGED $80 FOR HALF A TANK AN GAS ! U can fill up an Honda Fit in an empty tank and still have left over !

I returned my vehicle one hour prior to my flight. I waited around, but there was no employee in site. I put the keys in the return key box, and assumed that I was good to board my flight. Four days later I am told that I just returned the vehicle that day and was being charged an additional $205. They clearly didn't look in their own box, or the tiny parking lots with the less than handful rental cars they have in it. To get my money back was a complete hassle. I still don't have my money returned. Every day they email me a copy of the receipt with the false charges on it. Very disappointed in their service, not once has anyone apologized for this inconvenience.
