My bag had my laptop with my research from the day that hadn't yet been backed up, as well over 200$ in cash I'd just withdrawn from the bank. I went to party expert a few days ago and i had a really bad experience at your store. One of the employees smelt like body odor and fish. When i confronted him about it he gave me attitude, not a very good way to speak to a customer. He had rosy cheeks, curly hair and large lips he also wears air jordans. Second time I come here and a staff is unfriendly once again(one person at the balloon counter). She calls the male staff (he was friendly) to the counter, once I go to him, she seemed to have tried to say something, then gets angry looks down and shakes her head, I ask if she called him to help her (with person infront of me) to know if I need to wait and she just ignores me. Plain and simple - this store doesn't value customer service or customers. We purchased a costume for our daughter, only to realize shortly thereafter that we made an incorrect purchase (both costume and size). After returning with our daughter a few hours later, we hoped to exchange it for a different costume that she could pick and were not allowed to do so. We didn't ask for a refund, only an exchange for something else. The costume we originally purchased was still sealed shut. Given how quickly we returned (we literally just purchased it) and how the item was still new in package - I'm amazed that in this day and age, they would not let us exchange it for another costume! With a very sad daughter and a paid for costume that we can't do anything with - we still had to purchase another. Needless to say, despite having purchased costumes and party favors for our kids at this store in the past, we went elsewhere to purchase the 'right' costume. The store is obviously short sighted and don't realize that they are only hurting their own business. Our future purchases will go elsewhere.We'll also make the same recommendations to those we know so they can avoid a similar fate.

I ordered a balloon arrangement for my birthday and we went to this place on a Friday evening. They have a lot of type of balloons, different colors and foil designed ones. I purchased a panda face and a cake and few regular balloons and the cost was about $50. I was hoping that I can get more arrangement help from the staff, but they all seem to be very busy. The girl that provided a bit of help did not seem to be experienced and simply suggested items that were not very fitting. The girls who prepare the balloons and make the arrangements were working nonstop and they don’t have time to propose and give any arrangements advice. They do have a few sample arrangements in the back of the counter for viewing but they weren’t eye catchy enough. There are also a variety of party and Halloween themes costumes, party items and more. You can find anything there you just need to go through the hallways. I might go back just because the fact that they are opened late on Fridays and it is convenient for us to get there. Hoping to get a bit more guidance for balloon arrangements next time.

Puisque nous ne l'avions pas demandé, nous ne voulions pas le payé. Mais apres savoir obstiné et demandée de ne pas le payée 3-4 fois on a fini par le prendre par manque de patience et desire de ne pas se fâcher plus. En arrivant à la maison on explique la situation étant déçu davoir eux un service moins qu'agréable et avoir été forcée a gaspiller pour quelque chose que l'on ne désirait pas. Nôtre Grand-mère nous raconte avoir eux la meme expérience il y a 2 ans..(arrivée a la caisse avec des ballons qu'elle n'a pas demandé) Forcé les clients à acheté des choses qu'ils ne désirent pas semble être une tactique à ce magasin qui dure depuis longtemps. C'est déplorable.

terrible service! don't order balloons from here! they don't respect the time frame we had to wait 30-45 mins when it was suppose to be a pick up order. They order didn't have the style we pre ordered 2 weeks prior and never called to notify. Then they asked us to pay extra for other balloons styles.
