Poor customer service. One poor cashier dealing with a lineup, and making returns while several other employees did random busy work. Prioritize customers that are in the store before you unbox shopping bags and hangers. Use more than one of your eight cash registers. Not to mention the manager walking around on a video call being excessively loud.

One time there are more than 5 people on the line and Im one of them and only one cashier is open and the rest of the workers were just talking while the other worker is so busy with the cashier. I have found that the lineups/checkout can be very slow..whatever method is being used, it is definitely not the most efficient for the consumer. Have been shopping there for a few years now. Customer service has improved within the last month. Employees seem happier and interacting more with customers. Right when I entered the store today, I was greeted and asked if I needed help finding anything. The sale associate went over and beyond to find an item for me and when she wasn't able to find it, offered to take the last one from the mannequin. GREAT thing they are offering now is ONLINE purchases delivered to the store with FREE shipping and handling which I thought was a big improvement for them.

I am seriously disappointed by "the" Urban Planet. I mean I ordered 3 joggers online worth 30$+tax and chose an in store delivery to Windsor store. My order was shiped on 13 Aug. and tend to be arrived by 3-5 days. Now, it's been a week and I don't have any updates on where my order went. I am frequently calling all the helplines and e mailing on Cutomer service. but the same answer OUR REPRESENTATIVES ARE BUSY O LEASE LEAVE YOUR NAME AND NUMBER AND WE WILL RETURN TO YOU IN 24 HOURS. Now guess what it's been 3 days and no calls from that side. Wow, you guys made my first online purchase experience with you worst. Is this how you are going to lure money from people and run away? Only good thing about this place is the prices and selection. other than that its pretty bad. customer service is horrible. we were in the store for a good 45 minutes and not one time did any employee come up to us, had a hard time even finding an employee to get a shirt down because they have no standard of uniform, not even a nametage, so we had no idea who even worked there. change rooms are filthy they looked like they havent been swept in months. if you pay your employees to stand around with each other and talk and not help customers they could at least clean something

I bought a jacket at this store and the cashier forgot to remove the tag, I have the transaction on my card and I know the date that I came in and asked them to check the security cameras but she kept giving me a run around by taking down my number talking about she is going to follow up. How are you going to follow up when you don't have any information regarding the transaction, didn't even bother taking down the date, the model or anything that helps. I am so so disappointment at the lack of concern for mistakes caused by the store.

We are currently trapped in what feels like a purgatorial relationship with Urban Planet. After returning some "one size fits all" costumes that were far too short, we received store credit and went online to use it to buy a child's birthday gift. Almost two weeks later -- well past the point we'd assumed the items had been shipped -- we received an email saying that the products were not in stock and that our order had been cancelled. Well, that order contained our gift card credit! We wrote an email explaining this and complaining about the very late cancellation. No response was ever received, although we followed up again and re-emailed a few days later. Instead, two weeks later we received another gift card in the mail with the same balance on it but no word of apology or explanation. We went online, did another order for different items. Another week passed. Today we received another cancellation email -- this time with no explanation at all for why the order was cancelled. In fact, the email is worded as if *we* cancelled our own order, which was obviously not the case. I called and left a voicemail with the customer service line (the only option!) and am fully expecting ... nothing. Absolutely nothing. We will NEVER shop here again. Lesson learned!

Reasonable prices! I bought a black dress that I love. However I have trouble finding clothes that fit me here. I normally wear a M at other stores and sometimes even a S. I find the L sizes here are usually too small for me and there is no XL. I am definitely not a L or an XL, I have a very small figure. I feel this store is more geared towards teens rather than young adults.

Extremely dangerous! They don't care about the shoppers safety. I had a security pin jabb my foot when I went to try on shoes at one of the Urban Planet locations. Company doesn't care to secure the security tags properly so there is no exposed pins inside shoes. I was badly hurt and walked out of there with a bleeding foot, had to get a mandatory tetnus shot and am still in pain and shock. I have never had such an experience shopping anywhere else. UPDATE i sent an email as to the response I received on here, but there was no response after they asked me which store this incident took place at. Urban planet doesn't seem to care about it's customers.
