I remember thinking that Cleo was an "old ladies" store that my mom would go to when I was in Claire's but I either grew into it or they've really modernized their fashion because it's now a go to for me! (I'm now in my late 20's) sure some of the patterns are a little... Dated still but there's lots of great work appropriate apparel and fun casual outfits to choose from.

Had such a pleasant shopping experience at Cleo's today. On entering the store I was greeted by one of the sales Ladies who offered her assistance. I explained what I was looking for, and she promptly took me around showing me relevant suggestions. I did purchase a couple of things that were on sale and asked if I could return it if I changed my mind. Much to my surprise the response was ' At our store no sale is final , just keep the tags on and your receipt' Nice, huh? I will definitely, be shopping there again

I was here on August 21st looking for an outfit for my son's wedding. As I was on my own, the two women working that day were unbelievably helpful (sorry, I didn't get your names). They were attentive, told me what worked, what didn't and even recommended where to go for shoes. Not to brag, but because of them, I'm going to look fabulous at the wedding. ????

An excellent place for women's clothing. My best experience here in Guelph, Stone Road Mall. Shop has a great collection of clothing. The sale was an added bonus. Amazing, helpful staff, especially Sandra. Can't thank her enough. Will always be coming back to this store whenever am in Canada.

My review begins with a trip to Waterloo to find a coat the internet claimed was in stock. The clerk informed me she had not seen it in weeks and the internet is always weeks behind. Nothing more was offered. Today while in Stone Road Mall walked in to meet SANDRA LEE who took time out of her day to check other stores and the warehouse to try and find my coat. This was even before I mentioned of the poor service in Waterloo. Both outlets are one hour from my home and wish to commend Sandra Lee as definitely your best assistant in Stone Road.

One of my favorite stores. I find their clothing sizes are fairly consistent across styles. They have a good selection of styles for those of us with curves. Staff are always helpful. When they didn't have my size it was cheap to have it shipped directly to my house. Very convenient.

During COVID, I placed an order online. it was for 3 items. All were in stock and should ship within 3 business days. 7 days later, it shipped. Estimated time of arrival, 9 business days! I don't live in a remote area. I live in Guelph. Shipping method is Canada Post ground transportation, so it's guaranteed to be late and I will get a pick-up-tomorrow notice instead of delivery to my door. Ridiculous time frame and no way to cancel and get a refund.

i think the square need to get new escalators these ones are always broke down causing accidents. A lady fell again today. Are they going to wait till someone falls and sues them before they put new ones in. The 2 security people were excellent i told them the lady fell and they went right away to were we had her sit and wait. Thumbs up to the 2 security people for their compassion and caring. Also there was another lady that went too but did not know who she was. I did all i could till security came. There was a few of us that helped her glad to see that their is still some compassionate people left in this world.

I went into Cleo today (Thurs Aug 9) I was totally ignored by the young girl working there. I waited for her to finish with a customer expecting her to come to me next. She didn't so I found what I was looking for myself then waited to get a change room. She walked right by me to talk to a friend that came in. I was prepared to buy a few things instead I walked out. That was my first and last visit to Cleo.
