I put a deposit on a stackable washer and dryer on Sept.11/21 and after 3 weeks wsiting I went to the store to pay the balance on my laundry set and buy a box spring to deliver at the same time with my washer/dryer for the one 57.50 delivery fee and they told me where the fridge hadn't arrived I would have to pay another 57.50 to get the box spring delivered. It wasnt my fault the washer/dryer is not in stock yet. Wentvto Cohens and with them and the same scenario happens they only charge the one delivery fee. If my dryer doesnt arrive over the weekend I am asking for my deposit to be refunded and going elsewhere to get 8items.

I went in the other day looking for a bed set and as soon as I came in one of the girls were right there ready to help :) I told her what I was looking for and she knew exactly what i would like:) I also need a mattress and without having to wait another girl came to help me pick out a mattress. They did not rush me on the purchase they took there time to find out what I was looking for and what I needed. I was in and out in no time and very satisfied with my products. It was so easy just the way I like it:)

First time visiting this place and the service I received was great. Prices and quality were excellent . The salesperson Tyler was so helpful and friendly. We ended up buying a table set and got a price on a bedroom set . My husband and I love this store and will certainly be going back . We are going to recommend to all my friends as well. Wish this store sold appliances as well as that’s what we went in for .

Excellent customer service! They care about the customer and what you’re looking for. I have been dealing with them for almost a year and have felt nothing but support from them. The products are great as well! Unfortunately you can’t get pullout sofa beds there but we will not be going anywhere else to buy furniture if we can get it here. I LOVE this store! ????
