Absolutely terrible owners and customer service!!!! I dropped off a pair of jeans to be hemmed on November 24. After waiting 2 weeks, I gave them call to see if they were ready for pickup. I was told that they would be ready the following day by lunch time. As I was told, I show up the next day at noon only to find out that they weren't even touched! and was given a few sarcastic comments by one of the owners, Edith. Not even 30 minutes later I get a phone call saying they were finished...the process was rushed and in the end I didn't even get what I had originally asked for without an apology either. I will never recommend this place to anyone nor bring my business here again!

I needed a favorite down sweater zipper repaired. Googling "seamstress" brought me here, buy I was a little concerned about the one star rating....but with little choice, went anyway Just wanted to say that one bad rating does not reflect on a business. I'm guessing that replacing a zipper in a down jacket is a difficult job, and it was done perfectly! Colour match was dead on even in these times of supply shortages. Thanks for great work and bringing life back to añ old jacket!
