Inconsistent buying techniques. The first time I dropped off clothes they gave me $66 and rejected some for stains. The second time I made sure everything was in pristine condition and took 3 boxes, they only bought 6 items (ones that were new with tags) and gave me $10. Don't waste your time!

They have a decent selection of items. I noticed they are probably one of the most expensive once upon a child stores I have been to. I was shocked at some of the prices of the items they had.

I love this store! So many great deals, particularly when they have sales. I got 30 onesies for 10 bucks the other day... never buying new baby clothes again. I just wish they would stop using whatever scented product they put on the clothes. Everything I get from here comes with a very strong artificial fragrance smell that needs several washes to remove.

So many clothes and baby items for a good price! Prices are comparable to buying on Facebook or Craigslist. Store is clean, staff is friendly, and the products are in an almost new condition. I will definitely be back.

First time in and I dropped off a bag. Of clothes and was told I would be texted in 2 hours...the next day I had to call them because No one contacted me and they only wanted 3 things. Not the best way to do business.

Love this store! Bought a package during lockdown and my granddaughter was delighted with what she recieved .They all looked brand new and the staff took time to coordinate the outfits So pleased. This store is fussy about the clothes they buy from you for a reason. The clothes are always clean and good quality

They are decently priced for buying but not for buying your childs clothes. Ive given brand spankin new clothing with the tag still on them and they still gave me the smallest amount. I think it's easier to sell them individually online. But other than that, the store was clean and organized for the most part.

I dropped off multiple Thomas the train trackmaster sets today, when my husband picked them up he said he politely greeted the woman who looked up as though he had just interrupted something extremely important and was irritated with him. She then proceeded to offer him 22$ for the one set (sky high bridge jump over $100 new) as that was the only one they could find the pieces to. (When he asked why it was so low she also said it took them over an hour to sort through it—I was under the impression consignment stores had to look through your items?) He declined as he felt it was worth more and could sell it ourselves and get the value for it. Fair enough right? She then pulls out between 6-10 WORKING electric trains at 15-20$ each brand new and hadn’t mentioned a single thing about keeping those. I am a frequent shopper and seller here and I will not be returning. The staff is consistently rude and pretend not to see you at the till until they eventually send one of the younger staff members over to help. It’s not welcoming, rarely get greeted and low ball offers. Save your money and time and sell it on Facebook!

The staff are super friendly and very helpful. Everytime I come to this location I am always grateful for their service. Good prices and product and the store is always clean.
