I would rather give "No star" at all. I received a laptop as gift one Christmas, and an expert told me that the laptop was used and an older version. Very disappointed of the customer service. Rather than completing the transaction, I was told right at 5:30 they were closed. I drove from Waswanipi to chibougamau to buy something but they couldn’t wait to finish the sale but was told right at 5:30 the store is closed. I couldn’t buy what I wanted cause they didn’t want to work after 5:30.... so I drove back home, what a waste of time Im assuming they’re merely employees and not business minded. (Lose of sale and lose of a customer) It will be a long while I got back to this particular store. ... very disappointing poor customer service
