I just absolutely love Mitch and Lu. Ainslie has such a talent for unique pieces that you can’t find anywhere else. They are comfortable for baby to crawl around in and easy to put on and off. The quality of the fabric is like nothing else. Her customer service is fast and polite. People just love these rompers when my daughter is in them, I get comments like does that come in my size and everyone wants to know where they are from. So pleased to support local and to have found this shop!

I am beyond happy with my order from Mitch & Lu! She was so very polite and organized. I wanted my little Christmas outfits for my girls before a family christmas and she was able to deliver!! We also own the leather tights and they are the best I’ve found online!! We will for sure be buying again!!

Pre-ordered a hat in August which was supposed to be in “late September”. September passes & emailed the owner twice in October for an update on the order. No response. Since she is always active on instagram I messaged her there and finally got an answer stating that there was a supplier delay and was offered a beanie in the meantime. Asked for a photo of the beanie. No response. Messaged another 3 times throughout November and finally heard back on November 26th. At this point I do not want a beanie since it is not what I ordered and want a refund. After asking for a refund the owner said she would look into it but has not gotten back to me. I’ve messaged another 3 time along with emails and still have heard nothing. Extremely disappointed with this communication and lack of professionalism. I understand owning a business will get busy, however when you have the time to post multiple times on a daily basis new products, you should be able to answer your messages.

I can’t get over how beautifully made all of her clothes are! And the fabric choices are to die for, definitely something you won’t find anywhere else. Even though there was a slight hiccup with receiving my package (due to the Canada Post strike), she was very responsive and gave me hope, even when I thought my package was lost forever. I’ve already received so many compliments on just the one romper... and I have several of them. Can’t wait to order more!

Purchased 2 holiday rompers for my 3 month old and her bestie. The rompers were requested in the buffalo plaid and the tartan plaid, i received 2 rompers in tartan plaid. When i contacted the owner, she immediately apologized and had the correct romper made in 2 days! The quality is phenomenal and the pattern is absolutely adorable.
