TheClosetInc is an amazing Canadian boutique that cares about their customers and who actually gets their items. Other retailers tend to just drop them and let them go to bots etc but theclosetinc does the most legit fair raffle system in the game and they got straight ????. Everyone that I have talked to about on support are very nice everything is easy going and I hope one day I can go out their to visit and buy a few things from their boutique. Do not resist to look at some of their items they got some straight ???? and they have the most consistent raffles it’s amazing. Dont order online. Ordered a pair of shoes that fit too large and when trying to exchange they made me pay return shipping ( I agreed and paid almost 30$ to return) then they tried to charge me an additional 35$ to send a different size to me. Unreal!!!

I have no problem following your rules and requirements but you need to be more transparent about your promos. Tells us how many will be raffled and the sizes available. I know you are trying to promote your brand by asking for followers but not being straight forward or transparent to your customers is a bit shady, and it seems like you are just farming for followers. I am a repeat customer but this last hyped raffle left a bad taste in my mouth. Please listen to your customers and criticisms for improvement.
