I frequent this Ardenes, it is an awesome store with a massive selection of clothes I love. I went in today looking for clothes for a new job as all I had in my closet was torn jeans and summer clothes. The girls at the Ardene's in St.Albert mall were absolutely wonderful. They started a change room for me right away, one girl tracked down the item I saw online, and Danielle (hope I spelled that right) at check out was very patient with me as I was on a budget and needed to know where my total was at after the sale prices. At the end I felt a little overwhelmed and she pulled a very sweet move and made me feel 100× better. Love this store, love those girls! Every dang time! ????

They had a lot for sale. The manager was very nice. My friend & I bought necklaces. It was buy one & get the second for $1. We split the cost! The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because the Ardene App on PlayStore wasn't available for download. So we couldn't get our 20% discount.

I came in Saturday noon for Christmas shopping and came across amazing stuff. The staff was lovely, and they try their best to prioritize safety measures for COVID. It seems as though a lot of people are quite inconsiderate of that. I want to say this as a neutral standpoint; I understand that it gets frustrating for both employees and customers. I find that the employees throughout Park Place Mall during this pandemic are tired because of the inconsideration of others not wearing a mask or aren’t wearing it properly, but I also saw a review from here that the manager is willing to speak very strikingly in a sense about other customers not following the rules. I don’t know who the manager is at Ardene, but I do find that quite worrisome due to the impact it will lead to business. Frustrations should be said when customers aren’t around, but it gets hard and that’s understandable. The prices from Ardene is quite remarkable and affordable for young girls and adults so it’s hard not to come by and shop at this place. As a customer, I still will come shop at this place but I wanted to write this review to not only the staff but also the people who read this. Please, be considerate of the staff in their position as well as staff being considerate of their reputation for business.

Good store with good quality clothing. They have clothes for almost anyone (if you are a girl) which I didnt expect since it seemed like it would just have pink glittery stuff. I get most of my plaid and flannel from there and it's good quality and comfortable. Staff is friendly, and it's easy to find what you are looking for.

Bought two bodysuits to get them home and realized they are too big. I was told by their employee I have 21 days for in store credit or to exchange them....went to exchange them and she told me that I have to just throw them out because of hygienic reasons, even though their employee told me differently so I might as well have just burnt or thrown out my money.

Horrible customer service. I called ahead to put an item on hold so there was no waiting around. I gave her my name and let the girl know I will be coming by later today (I think her name was Jessica)...I go to the store, ask for the item I had on hold...I stand around waiting for 10 min, turns out the item was never put on hold, or maybe it was but they gave it away. Either way I am super frustrated, as it was my plan to wear that the item for my Christmas party.

I recently did a bit of Christmas shopping in there and just like every other time I've been in there which isn't that offen for a reason I'm never acknowledged and the staff seemed annoyed if they have to help customers. I also worked there for 3 days and quit after realizing how unorganized they are and how some staff get treated. They forgot about my break and it was almost the end of an 8 hour day and the manager looked annoyed to give me my break and at that point I should have just been sent home early if I was gonna have my break with only an hour or less of my shift to go. I don't advise people to work or shop there for that matter.

I often take my daughter shopping here. The other day we witnessed staff gossiping about a patron who was in the store, and I immediately left with my girl. I do not need her witnessing the attacks on women from other women. Being a store for ladies, you should be empowering other ladies. This was a huge disappointment. I love this place. Huge sales all the time. Sizes go up to size 13. Today I went there and got a pair of tall boots...a pair of flats.. awesome pants.. 2 body suit tank tops... a long sleeve top...a wrap top..makeup cleansing wipes...and a pair of tights and only spent $120. A lot of stuff is 50 to 70 percent off. The girl helping me was great and super helpful. They get new stock in every Monday I will definitely go back next week.

I will never support a store that employs assaulters. My friend was attacked by her coworker while working here and the case never was acted on. They forced her to work with the lady that assaulted her. Never work here or shop here! A terrible workplace and awful store atmosphere. Everyone has a right to feel safe in their work environment and this Ardene’s just does not respect that. Shame on you.

I have been there a lot of times and my experience was always good until a few days back. They have an elderly woman who is very rude. I was checking out a pair of earrings which costed around 6.50. I tried them on because i have seen people doing that 100 times in that shop. Previously i had never tried on anything. And then i was watching something else, and that elderly lady said bcoz i have tried it on, she cannot put it back on the stands. She didnt force me to purchase but yes her attitude made me feel sick. And the look on her face was very disgusting. Whereas i could see other jewelleries on the stand almost devastated. There was no cautionary board saying that you cant try on anything. I paid for the ear ring and bought it but i still didnt understand why she did that. Will never go back and ask people not to visit. Though prices are cheap but you will always find defective things especially in jewellery and shoes section. Extremely bad customer service. If this continues, anyways they will close soon.

Ardenes used to have a ton of accessories but this warehouse store is full of clothing. If i need some cheap accessories, or shorts, I stop in here to see if they have anything. The prices are very good. There are often sections which have 70% of the price tag making most things under $10. I do stop here for the 5/$10 accessory deal sometimes but it can be difficult to find what you want that isn't damaged or in a style that is nice (as these are all last season's overstock). A definite stop on my orfus road days. Tip: they do offer changerooms at this location so save yourself some dough and try on your new threads

Horrible place to shop all the employees plus the manager are incredibly rude not a single one comes to greet you their customer service is terrible. It’s hard to walk through the store as there are boxes and racks everywhere blocking all isles. I was in with my son just the other day looking at clothes and over heard the manager and employee scoffing and being INCREDIBLY rude about the items I was looking at absolutely horrible staff.

It's never been a good experience. 3 years I've lived in Woodstock and I don't usually shop here due to POOR service. It's always like the associates are allergic to customers. I'm NEVER greeted or asked if i need any help. The turn over rate for this location is so high. There's always new employees but they ALL usually act the same. I have to hunt someone down for help, any questions, and to check out. Usually it takes 10 minutes to even find an associate. I will sometimes be staring directly at a worker and they'll walk right past. I always have to walk around the store carrying all my items looking for a worker for change rooms. Or im constantly waiting at the change rooms for 10 minutes before having to go looking for someone. The store is messy and things are stuck in wrong places or multiple locations, tables are always hectic and not folded properly the sitting location is always flooded with try ons rather then put away.
