Bought online due to both the pandemic, and as rarely are cups bigger than a D sold in store. When they didn't fit, it took me nearly two weeks to get the return postage, and have been told it will be 4-6 MONTHS before they process my refund. I cut up the loyalty card. What a joke. If you're bustier and need help, check out La Vie en Rose; excellent selection, excellent customer service, and their bras aren't made of paper like La Senza's are :)

Staff are way too pushy. I feel they genuinely just want to sell a product to you, even if it's not a good fit for you or something you even wanted. I only go here because they have a bra I like. Otherwise, I'd go elsewhere...

Not a huge fan of the bras since I had two fall apart on me inside of a month, but I love the underwear! They always have my size and the staff is super friendly. I hate shopping for this kind of thing but they make it a whole lot easier.

I went there today to get some stuff for my daughter, and when I went to the cashier to pay, the employee there was pretty rude to me. I had just asked them if I could pay with tap on my card, as I hadn't known that I apparently couldn't, and they practically yelled back in anger at me. So I did get a bit offended, but I just decided to write a review instead.
