Disappointing. We were there to shop with a senior who has dementia. He needed to use the bathroom quite suddenly. When staff was asked if he could use the bathroom, the staff member said pretty rudely "upstairs in the mall" - the thing is, "upstairs" requires going outside, going all around the shopping centre and finding a place that has a bahhroom. We realize that with Covid, public use of bathrooms can be more limiting or complicated but there are way more customer friendly ways to address this. We left and will order what we needed from Amazon.

I saw a beautiful desk on today Wednesday 27 2019 on sale for $98, but when arrived one hour late to buy it they decided to change the price for $149. I asked them and they said the desk never had that price ( they treated me like a liar) I told them I work here and I saw the same price two days ago on top of the desk. This store is disorganized and cluttered. I was in there to buy blinds, could barely move around and find the size I was looking for. There was a sign displayed saying all blinds were 30% off, but I got to the cash and the girl says not the ones I bought. In my opinion all means all. When I worked in retail misleading signs had to be removed, also the price was given to the customer. They need someone to keep this place organized, obviously whoever is working there doesn't care and it's not due to covid. I

It was left as no offer for a lousy plastic bag for the miss under standing. Consequently I carried an assortment of goods to the front entrance where I was parked.
