I have never had anything but amazing experiences with this company ! I was totally dead set on getting two new activation's through the online chat this afternoon, but i was downtown and went into the store to see if i had to get the SIM cards from them or if they came in the mail. Well we got to talking and they just told me to bring my phones in and that they would give me the same deal that i was promised online. Sooooooo i go back there and they ended up getting me an even BETTER DEAL !! ( which i didnt even know was possible! so hands down , Mike and Ben went above and beyond for us !! love that store and will only be dealing with them in the future vs online or calling in ! #SoHappy

Went in to get the daily flavour-of-the-day offered from what we thought was a typical-cellphone store...Instead, what a disappointment when we were BLOWN away with the BEST deal and service when my wife and I acquired two iPhones with HUGE data - an offer they have running for a short time???? Stop by and meet our new friend Katherine please???????? AND ASK ABOUT THEIR DATA DEAL????ONLY FOR A LIMITED TIME ????????Katherine was very friendly and informative with a joyous and positive attitude. We left feeling overjoyed with the deals we have and a smile brought on by Katherine and he co-worker. Anyone wanna save some money, get great service and be overwhelmed with data, stop by Rogers at Discovery Harbour in Campbell River.

Ethan was a real gentleman, opening the door for me, first of all. He showed me exactly what I came in fir. The office was immaculate, he followed All the protocols without showing any effort. I was a happy camper when I walked out. Rogers should be very grateful for their employees. They are all top of the line, including Ethan, and Michael. Congratulations ROGERS.

So my phone had been acting up and I called this store and they found out that my phone had warranty coverage through samsung and offered to handle everything for me ! paid the basic charge for a loaner phone and got my phone sent out. Less than a week later it was returned but had the same issue, next morning i brought it back to them and they sent it out again and this time when they got it back they kept it for a couple days just to make sure that it didn't have any issues which would save me the hassle of having to drive back down to return it again. ( Which was amazing ). They are a really kick ass group of guys down there ! Super welcoming and friendly and hilarious ! highly recommend their store for any wireless needs !!

Regarding Rogers customer service phone lines - not the store. Called to change my plan to a cheaper one. Told the plan I wanted didn't exist. Found it online and called again. After talking to three reps I was finally connected with the person who was supposed to help me. Cut off/hung up on. Not sure. Called again, and was told they couldn't change the plan in spite of the second agent on the second call saying it would be no problem. All I got was run around and lies! Might want to check out other providers before getting into something you can't seem to get out of.

I went in the store to talk to Michael about a chip that I had in a Samsung tablet, I told him I was not a Samsung person that I was an Apple person, he talked to me about the 7th generation tablet he had for $25 a month, I didn’t think about shopping or anything, I have a lot of trust in him and I walked away with a new IPad , very pleased

I have been with Rogers for over 8 years total including when i was pay as you go for a year LOL. I haven't had the best experience with the call center's at times but ANY time i go into this store I get treated with the BEST customer service I have ever gotten in my life, it isn't always easy working on the behind the scenes for getting someones phone lines to run smoothly and I can tell that because sometimes they have to call on their other associates or the manager, but the staff down town in Campbell river always go above and beyond for me ! and to be honest there is usually a few other customers in the store at the time when i go there and i always see them greet their customers with a huge smile and offer a hand right away !! Dont go anywhere else for a new phone !! This place is the best !! :) thanks again guys !! ( dont know if you will see this lol )

I came into the store today looking for a new phone charger. The gentleman at the door was super friendly and asked what I was looking for and I told him a 7ft usbc charging cable he checked the wall and said I could enter and he asked me about my wall charger due to the new cords not having a USB end to them anymore. I told him I didnt so he grabbed the wall plug as well scanned other items and then walked back to the wall and grabbed something else. He said that the 2 items was gonna be 100$ which was out of my price range and he had grabbed 45$ pack that had all I wanted plus 2 extra things which were awesome that I am already using. Ethan showed great customer service and I am super happy with it.
