Went in today for the very first time looking for a hat that was advertised in The Campbell River Mirror (Newspaper)! Not bad from the outside, but once you get in it's smaller than you think! They carry everything Western that you're looking for! But the customer service was enadque! They could be helping customers instead of working/standing by the till! Had to go up to ask a question! Boy did I find out the place was expensive...

Bought new boots and a Jacket after 3 months my booth worth 300.00+ fell apart and after 5 days of calling they finally absurd but told me they won't help me at all and to call the company that makes the boots . So after calling the company they were surprised to find out that I had had no customer service at the store where I bought them their first question was can you not just take them back to the store repurchase them I said they told me that there was nothing they would do and I had to talk to you guys waiting for me that this is not right and that they definitely exchange under warranty with stores they work with after such a discussion I was then told I would have to send my boots to them to see if they can fix them if they couldn't they would replace them but this would take up to 3 months very discouraging experience ????????☹️

Your website says you're open I drive up from courtenay was going to buy alot.. closed tho.. theres no reason why you should still be closed. U could have a 4 person instore at a time policy.. i was very disappointed

Called ahead looking for a pair of boots that I’ve had some difficulty finding. I was pleased to find out they had them in stock. I asked for a price & was told “we match internet pricing, they’re $218.” Now as I was told they match “internet pricing” I did a search for these boots online & found them as low as $215, so I figured, how can I lose so 2 days later I drove up to Campbell River to grab a pair. The lady started out to be quite helpful, but when I asked how much I was told $250. So why was I quoted $218 over the phone? Not only that but they then refused to honour their claim of matching internet pricing. This woman was beyond rude, with absolutely no customer service skill what so ever. Needless to say, I drove home empty handed as I refuse to support a business who doesn’t stand by their claim. I won’t be back!

Highly disappointed with the lack of ability to back up a terrible product they provide. We purchased boots for my kiddo. Within a month they are worn out and cracked! Told me to go the manufacturer, "cuz they'll probably give you a better deal than they'll offer me." Not what I was hoping to hear. What ever happened to quality products. Won't go back!!

Need a pair of cowboy boots? Moccasin slippers? A western style belt buckle? If you are in need of any of the above then this store is for you. The price might seem a bit high but the quality is top notch. The owners are friendly and welcome you like family.
