I love the patch's selection - it's one of my favorite go-to shops! BUT man, do I have a problem with their recent rule change to purchasing items. They now only make appointments twice a week: Tuesdays and Thursdays between 11am-4pm. Super inconvenient and inconsiderate to us full-time workers. I'm not going to miss work/take a vacation day to sell clothes. They need the sellers as much as they need the buyers. It makes me worry about their future merchandise selection by turning off such sellers like myself whom sold (and purchased) a TON of great brand-name quality items. Such a bummer! BOOOO!

the whole vibe in there is off. they need a whole new staff in my opinion. when you walk in you just feel awkward and unwelcomed. if you dare ask a question they give you attitude and treat you like you're annoying for asking. not helpful what so ever. wont be back.

The store is organized by brand. I found it hard to find what I am looking for. When selling you need to make an appointment. The associate wasn’t the warmest and they do make you feel intimidated. I found that like other shops take very little and wasn’t worth trying to find parking in the city.

They never seem to accept any clothes. Their prices are not much of a savings for second hand goods, and the workers necer seem to have time to answer your questions (even when there is no one else in the store) and have very poor attitudes both in person and on the phone. I don't reccomend shopping here, just spend time at a regular thrift store and search for the good stuff.

Definitely miss the old patch. New location has not much stuff and the stuff that is there is extremely over priced. I could buy brand new at the same price their clothes are priced at. It's very disappointing

Even though they have very good quality items I really don't like that clothes aren't arranged by size. Also last time I was there I was approached in the middle of the store to bring my bag to the counter. I find this so offensive, to assume that any client will steal. It's awfully awkward. I can"t imagine that their loss because of shoplifting is worth losing clients (I don't go into businesess that treat me like a thief). They should invest in security cameras instead of harrassing good clients. It's just not worth it.

The store just re-opened and I couldn't be more excited!! The location is under new management with a completely new look and staff which has been so helpful and kind. Also some of the cutest vintage and contemporary clothes! Overall the store is clean, cute and welcoming.

The patch used to be great, but as the days go by it becomes as pricey as regular retail. Most of their things marked as 'vintage' are not truely vintage, just newer items made to look vintage. I miss the old Patch.

One of the best consignment stores in the region with some of the most sophisticated looks. The ladies working there are incredibly helpful, and will help you put together some amazing outfits. Prices are reasonable though not as cheap as other more popular places, but the quality of the clothes is also often superior to most consignment stores.

I love this place!!! High end clothes at affordable prices! I sold a pile of awesome clothes I no longer wanted and traded for a bunch of awesome new clothes! The new location is much smaller than the old one ☹️ - but same awesome staff and quality clothes, just less choice.

I had made an appointment for consignment and when I arrived the staff were extremely rude and barley glanced at my items before declining them all. Would definitely recommend taking your consignment needs elsewhere.

The staff is definitely too cool to help, or make a point of contact with entering customers. It's kind of hard to do so when friends come to visit staff regularly, but I mean it isn't hard to give a hello or hi there, etc. But I'll keep coming back to check on deals because their sale rack is awesome.

It's a good place since the only other thrift stores are certainly more on the junky side. It's more catered to a younger customer which is great for encouraging thrifting, and has a good selection. Never really had a problem with it. Also some of the staff are quite nice :)

Wow! The best way to describe this place is a better version of urban outfitters and anthropologie. A great curation of vintage clothes, and accessories. I was able to find things for my entire family. I will definitely return!

The service here is a 6/5 the staff are really great! The store is well maintained and very clean. The price point is slightly higher than other stores in the area. I do hope that they bring back the sale section sometime soon, it just adds to the fun of shopping second hand.

It's a hit or miss. Sometimes you find five things that are really great but sometimes you find nothing. It's a bit over price for vintage thrift but you still find the odd gem. Bonus they sell cactus!

If you bring good stuff there, (anything aritizia like) they mysteriously donate it... if you come back to claim. A reminder text to me on Wednesday which is great, I call this Saturday to come to pick up and my items are long gone! I asked for manager contact and staff would only take mine. It’s just not a fantastic way to treat customers and I felted taken advantage of. I like to support Galt entrepreneurs, just surprised!

My husband and I stumbled upon this unique little store one afternoon while shopping in Cambridge. The space is big and bright and the flooring adds to the character of the store. There's quite a variety of clothing styles to browse through and what stands out the most is that they've added their own touch to some specific pieces of clothing. The customer service was wonderful and both of the ladies at the front genuinely cared to ask how our experience was!

Vastly overpriced for menswear and has been same stock for months. Items were in poor condition with lots of pilling. Staff avoided us as soon as we walked in and were completely lazy and unhelpful. Better finds at the Prison Ministry down the road!

Took in a large box of shoes,purses and hat's. Was told to leave it for a week until they could go though it. Received a call that nothing was what they wanted. Picked up the box brought it home to discover that 3 pairs of shoes 2 purses and a hat was missing! Called and got no satisfying answer just an excuse that maybe they credited someone else. Hope the STAFF is enjoying my DESIGNER SHOES for FREE! BEWARE DO NOT LEAVE ITEM'S STAND AND WATCH THEM AS THEY GO THOUGH IT!!!

The Patch has been one of my favourite spots for years. Definitely one of the places I'm going when visiting downtown! It is unlike many other second-hand stores I have been to. The atmosphere is unique and great! The clothing is organized very well which gives the store a good flow. The Patch is an amazing store that introduces second-hand clothing to the community and gets them on board.

I like the patch, cool selection of clothes but not sized. If you sell clothes here then you have to reach a dollar threshold before getting cash (otherwise it is a store credit) Plato's closet on Hespler with just give you cash right away.
