Went in looking for Harry Potter costumes for Halloween. Store is packed with merch but still maintains a sense of order. They had several price points in the stuff we were after, which was nice. Lots of really neat masks. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely go again

Staff is friendly and accommodating. You can rent or buy costumes. They offer change rooms to try things on. They are only open on saturdays however if you call they will open up for you. I called and she was there in 10 minutes to open up for me.

This is officially my new favourite store! It has everything and anything you could want as far as costumes. I could spend hours in this place and still not see everything. The owner was beyond fantastic! She is so knowledgeable, helpful, generous with her time and personable. My daughter (who’s into special effects make up) was in absolute heaven! Absolutely amazing place. Went in to look for bunny ears and ended up buying more than I needed due to their amazing selection. Found everything I went in looking for, for great prices. Ontop of the large selection that is hard to find in other places, the owners are so great. Very sweet people, probably the kindest customer service interaction i've ever had. They both made sure we could find everything we needed and made us feel welcome. Not only that, but when my friend and I needed different sizing in a few items they ordered it for us and texted us when it came in!! HOW amazing! I am so impressed. Went in again today, and the owner recognized me. Hope they are around for a long time great great great place. Thanks guys :)

Went here to pick up a costume for an 80's themed birthday party. We had some difficulty in finding anything at other places. The lady that helped us was genuinely excited about puttiung togther a costume for us and it made it an enjoyable experience. If I ever need a costume for any occasion in the future I will definitely be going back here!

Excellent customer service great prices . We went there last night to get costumes cause we were tired of the crazy prices from the Halloween stores that are only open during Halloween and not receiving good service. These people were so helpful and very nice and don't forget to buy the licorice up front the best licorice ever. This will definitely be returning every year
