One of the few places you can get a legit Los Angeles Apparel T-Shirt. Really cool creative staff. One of the greatest hipster hangouts in Calgary.

If you're going there to get the job done for a good price, then this is the place for you. If you are looking to get the job done AND get good customer service, probably not the best from my experience anyways. I'm not picky with service, but when I walked in the girl that was there didn't even look at me/acknowledge my presence, as she was on the phone. She continued talking on the phone, complaining about a coworker or a friend, the first 10 minutes I was there. When she finally got off the phone she asked me if I needed anything and then made no further effort to talk to me. She was okay for the rest of the experience, making sure I was aware of changes to my design, but still made no effort to make eye contact with me. Again, I'm not crazy picky and furious but I just felt it was unprofessional. The guy that was there when i picked up the shirt was much more pleasant.

How the hell do you close the store at 3pm. Needed to get 5 shirts today and had a note saying they were out for lunch on door sign. I could see the clerk eating his noodles from the door.

the staff at this location are amazing. they took care of everything i asked of them and they’re just overall great people. amy was very hands on and helpful suggesting colour schemes, logo sizing and placement.

literally my favourite place in the city to shop! the best customer service i've ever received and it's evident their kindness is totally genuine. all my clothes from here have been through everything with me since i'm alwaaays wearing them and they still hold up so well like seriously an all around perfect place

My wife saw an Aerosmith shirt at another Rocket location. I stopped at the Kensington location to purchase it as I was in the area and needed the shirt for a Halloween costume. I showed the staff member a picture of the shirt at the other store an made it clear that I wanted the same shirt. The shirt that they made for me is quite different with the image being probably half the size of the image on the shirt at the other location. I told the staff member that I was disappointed but they really didn't care and said that is the best he could do. Didn't have time to run to the other store so now I'm stuck with the shirt. I really don't understand why this location couldn't make me the same shirt that is in the window at another location only blocks away. My first time as a customer here is very disappointing. I will not be a repeat customer.

I tried to get information on TWO different things I wanted to have custom made. The first time they gave me incorrect information for a logo I wanted done and the second time they wouldn't get back to me when I left messages/emails.

The store opens at 11 on Saturdays, and when I arrived at 11:30, the staff had decided that it was appropriate to take an hour long lunch break to reopen at 12:30. They're only open for 8 hours on Saturday, is it too much to ask for them to stay open the whole time?

I just picked up my custom branded, made in Calgary cloth masks. They are so comfortable and the quality is outstanding. The seamstress did a really great job and the logo is printed perfectly.

Came into the shop really worried about how the sweater would turn out with the colors and everything. I wanted a specific design, certain size and color & I was very overbearing and even had to come back and change things around, but Amy was just absolutely and completely awesome. She helped me out so much that I can't even put it into words, and this is hands down the best custom sweater I've ever had made, so from of the bottom of my heart thank you! You really did just make my entire year! (:

Good place to get shirts and whatever else you need printed. It's a bit pricey though, I would recommend bringing the shirts from somewhere else if you want it printed since they overcharge for the apparel there.

Got two sweaters done, had the wrong phone number printed on the front side. Which was supposed to match the phone number on the back and the decal had folds and nicks in it. Really the result of the employee not paying attention.

I paid a visit today to find out about getting a custom T-shirt done. It felt like there is a quota of questions that are allowed, and I had already surpassed my quota at one. There was no one else in the store, so I am not sure why the sales person could not leave me with a sense that my business was wanted.

Top notch quality and service. I had a t-shirt design made from a scanned image, and they photoshopped it and prepped it perfectly for printing. They also suggested glow-in-the-dark vinyl for the astronomy-related shirt, and my mind was blown. Great success. Love this place, & the crew that makes it happen!

My partner and I came to Calgary for a week after we were evacuated from our place in the Okanagan. I run an online vintage shop so I'm always looking for second hand shops everywhere I go. This place is curated so nicely with not too much but what is there is great! I ended up getting a sick vintage striped button up and a vintage prairie dress...both of which i'd been looking for forever! I got to talking with the nice girl working there and told her our situation and that I needed just a plain black zip up hoodie since we didn't pack much and she looked for an XL until she found one. She also gave me a discount for my whole purchase! This is what community is all about! Can't wait to be back! Thanks guys!!

Overpriced for poor quality. The staff need some customer service training. Slow in getting product complete. Go online, I assure you that you can find anything they do for cheaper and better quality.

I usually go to the 17th ave store but the couple of times I have been to the north west location where a good experience as well. This store is smaller and has a little less selection and stock but the staff is just as friendly and helpful!

if you are looking for Quality don't come here. They are all about quantity. I went in today to get a t-shirt done for my brother and what a nightmare. First of all, the service was not great and there was very poor communication with me and other customers who were in the shop as well. It was finally my turn and it took them less than 5 minutes to give me my finished product. The picture was scaled nicely, but when they cut it out they had no guillotine. They used scissors which meant that the line was not straight and there was an inconsistent white line around the black border of my picture...on a black t-shirt. On top of that, they did not measure it properly. It is severely off centre and it is crooked. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Go online. It's cheaper and the quality is way better. It's worth waiting for a few days.

The Rocket team leapt into action to get us some t-shirt designs for a community event done on short notice. The printing was done early, the price was reasonable, the staff was friendly and accommodating, the product was top quality, and the entire experience was totally painless. 10/10 will work with Rocket again soon!

The best customer service I’ve had in a long time!! Toni was wonderful...very helpful, very patient with me, great service and communication, very professional and had a pleasant personality! She went above and beyond and made the designs even better than we hoped, completing the job quickly. I will most definitely use them again!
