I had received a stained and torn top from their online store, and i read in their terms and policy that I could return it in store if the item is faulty, but of course I had trouble exchanging my items here in their metrotown store, I wasn't even asking for my money back or a return, I was fine with store credit, but the store clerk just said she couldn't do anything about it because I had no proof that I didn't damage it myself (do I have to film myself unboxing everything from now on?). Mind you the item was only 14 bucks and honestly if I wasn't a poor college student I wouldn't have commuted all the way to metrotown to get a refund, because transit would've costed me as much as the top to get there if I didn't have a u-pass. In the end I had to contact their customer service via email and they apologized for the inconvenience I experienced and very very quickly sent me a return bag (the next day after I received a reply). So yeah, if you need returns, just do it online and it'll save you a trip and all the trouble and disappointment.

If you want to pay too much..this is the place. Friendly helpfull staff were awesome but the clothes were terrible. Went shopping with the wife for a dress for my bro's wedding. Every dress she tried was heavy..like really heavy to the point i was surprised. Heavier than my flame retardant coveralls. She is 5'3" and 115lbs i cant immagine her having a fun time dragging around a 20lb dress all night. And the prices..if you're the kind of idiot that pays $400 for a "special" pair of nike's this is the place for you.

Worst clothing store experience ever. I feel like the sales staff here go out of their way to be rude to customers who try to return items, and try to find laughable issues that are nonexistent in order to prevent returns. Avoid at all costs.

website says items are in stock but they are refunding me saying it is not in stock, please update your website as many people must be ordering the same item and expecting it to arrive before the holidays.

Excellent customer service. I had called this location hoping for a description of a dress before ordering online since there's no location close to my home that where I could see myself. The staff member searched the whole store for me and even had me email a picture. She spent several minutes on the phone with me and finally found the dress and was able to describe the fabric for me. I am very impressed with the customer service I received - the employee easily could have said that she couldn't find the dress and given up.

Karishma is super sweet, wholehearted, and friendly. Sometimes, I can feel the disdain from staff when I ask to return or exchange, but Karishma was relatable and understanding. She seems like a really great person :)

It's only OK because there is no interaction whatsoever. Eventhough there were a couple of staff that could've greeted you and assist you. Nice clothing but service just wasn't there. So in and out I went.

Very bad coustomer service , Make sure they give you a receipt specially if you pay in cash because they will end up saying your transaction is not on file if you need to refund an item. They steel cash money. Never shopping from this store again.

Wow. What a disappointing experience… I’m buying a dress for a gala in California and was excited to see some of the items that I had previously looked at online. The talent shortage is real in this town: Your sales associate (brown hair, glasses and short/ medium set) was rude, dismissive and not engaged. After spending 10 minutes in the store helping myself I approached her for a change room. She gave me a blank look, paused and was extremely condescending and her response. I ended up walking out of the store. Shame on you… Do better. Your job is customer service.

Worst shopping experience ever with sales associate Shaymaa Satin. She literally took the stuff that my mom was about to buy and gave it to another customer. My mom got the top from the rack, and Shaymaa came to my mom when my mom was in the fitting room and told her the customer already made payment and got the top. Even my mom wantted to get it too but we still gave it to the other lady in the end. However, when we went to the cash we found Shaymaa was lying and the other lady didnt make payment for that top yet. The manager didnt come to apologize as well. That was really unprofessional. Really bad shopping experience.

Bought some dresses from the Pacific Centre location and wanted to return and exchange some of them here because I live in metro. First moment when I tell that sales about it, her eyes started staring at me like I shouldn't be returning and exchanging anything to them. As I take the first dress out of the shopping bag, she says that it cannot be returned in a harshly tone because their store doesn't have that item. I was fine with that but doubted it because the sales at the Pacific Centre location told me that I can return or exchange in any location and I've even asked them if I could do it in the metrotown location and she said yes. Then she started to rush and grab the clothes to check herself even though I haven't finished my sentence about which clothes are for exchange and which are for return. I wanted to help her organize the dress so that she can see the dress as a whole and check if her store has that item. She didn't seem appreciated but kept doing it herself like my hands are not supposed to be touching the dress. Then she saw some white skin flakes on the inner side of the black dress, saying that she cannot resale that item because no one would like to see skin flakes even in the inner side of the dress. I told her that I have only tried it on at home and never worn it out. She didn't brother trying to pad the skin flakes off and then threw it on the side.... I mean, isn't it normal to have some skin flakes on the inner side of a black dress? And how many customers have already tried it on already? Fine. At the end of the day I can just return the third item. She said twice that that item can be returned because the condition is okay. She apologized that I cannot return the black dress but I didn't see the attitude. But never mind already lol. She never had any accommodating attitude since I first talked to her. So I never did the exchange with my fourth dress, and because it seem like she just wanted to finish off the return procedures quickly and never see me again. Now I just want to go back to the Pacific Centre location for anything else possible.

I came in during the rush hour for the holidays and I noticed how busy the staff were but that didn’t stop them from checking up on me while in the fitting room trying clothes. The ladies kept on making sure I was picking up the right sizes as I did confuse the Australian from the USA . The service was so amazing and they never failed me for the multiple times I have entered. I even had a day when I accidentally purchased the wrong size and the assistant manager gladly put on hold the correct size and made sure it was safe and wrapped nicely for me when I came to pick it up.. they always have such good energy and the girls never fail to keep me smiling and feeling as beautiful as ever!

Similar to some other reviews, it seems there is a pattern when returning items. I had a similar experience as Foodie C. 10 days ago my aunt who is in a wheelchair bought a dress from the Burnaby store. As she had to try it at the comfort of her home due to being in a wheelchair, I had to return in 11 days later as it was small. Although we were told we can return it within 14 days, yesterday the same person who sold us the dress stated that the tag was now in a different location on the dress and can't return it. When looking at the same dress on the rack, there was no tag on the dress at all and had no explanation for that. This is extremely poor and accusatory customer service. They went to extent of reviewing security footage after I created a scene at the store and they came back confirming I was right. "security footage confirmed location of tag on the dress". They did process the refund with no apology or any remorse for their extremely poor customer service. Never experience anything like it.

I came in yesterday trying to find a dress for my friends wedding as her brides maid I was being helped by one of the workers who went out looking for a smaller size for me. She was taking longer than expected when I went out I found she was being yelled at by a customer The worker remained calm as the customer kept yelling about wanting a return. I worked retail and I felt sorry for her but even after being out in a position like that the worker came right back with the size I needed and a big smile on her face!! I could never recover that fast from such an experience I ended up purchasing the dress and finding a brand with amazing helpers who for sure have just gotten themselves anther loyal customer :)

Called ahead to ask if I could return a top (unworn, still with tags and receipt) 2 days past the return date as I don’t live in the city and wouldn’t be returning until then. Was told this was fine and that a note would be left in regards to this. When I came in to do the return they had no idea what I was talking about. In the end they finally offered to “do me a favour, just this once” and give store credit. I understand it was outside the return window and that’s not their problem, but I still made the effort to call ahead to confirm it wouldn’t be an issue and put my day on hold to drive to their location to make the return when I was in the city. If I had known they would only provide store credit (which was not what I was told when I called ahead) I would have just kept the top in the first place and not wasted my time. Pretty unimpressed.

I came into the store looking for an outfit for a birthday Party. I received excellent customer service from the moment I stepped in. The sales associate listened to my tastes and found several options for me to try on. She was incredibly friendly and personable. She was relaxed and really did an excellent job making suggestions that really suited what I was looking for. I ended up buying an amazing dress. I was so pleased throughout the entire experience. The staff are courteous, welcoming, respectful, and have fabulous style. I look forward to shopping there again when I'm in town again.

Customer service is ridiculous. The indian lady who was working over there was so rude. One of my friend went to exchange her dress because her parents did not like it. She just blamed her that she has already worn it. But my friend didn't even open it. She was continuously saying that I am not getting it bad. It was si rude. I will prefer not to go there specially at metrotown.

I had an awful experience at this location with the manager at this store. I had a jumpsuit that i bought from the guilford location and was told i can exchange it for my correct size at metrotown since they had 4 in their system of my size. I get there and was very nice about it and after i had driven all the way to metrotown from langley in pouring rain in this jumpsuit they had told me all of their jumpsuits were damaged and i could not see them. This is for my graduation cruise NEXT WEEK how am i supposed to find something to match my shoes and clutch by then?? The manager told me I could not have my money back and I was almost in tears. She was very rude and was not accommodating at all. I explained it's for my graduation and now i have his $200 jumpsuit that i cannot fit into and was told i can exchange it. She was not apologetic on their behalf and would not tell me the owners name as I requested and when i asked for a contact number for the owner she refused and said he was on a trip. I called guilford back and now instead of a size 6 like i needed all guilford could give me was a size 12 and I've now had to get it tailored ($70) from a size 12 to a size 6. The guilford location is much much much more accommodating and the staff there is excellent! Would NOT reccomend the metrotown location and guilford has spoken to head office about my advice experience with the manager here.

Worst customer service ever. I bought a gift for my sister she wanted to x-change it with another color. Same item same price just different color. They tried to charge us extra and when We asked why she said I don’t know it is what the system says. She had been so rude and the manager was there. I returned it and won’t go back. Awful customer service.

I came to the store on Saturday afternoon (around 12PM) looking to find a dress for my friend's upcoming wedding. After trying-on 5 dresses, I found the one that I wanted to purchase. I did not CHECK whether there were two tags ok that dress. Apparently, they have two tags (one inside and the other one outside). I just paid that dress in full amount without even checked the condition of the dress. I continue shopping at the mall - and I found a different dress in another store that I liked better than the one I've just bought in Ever New. Since I have a haircut appointment at Richmond, I thought I would just returned it at Richmond Centre since they also have a store there. Around 3PM, I came to the store in Richmond Centre and they told me that they did not accept any return. So, I put the bag of the dress in my car's trunk - WITHOUT EVEN OPENED IT since I bought it. I have a full day on Sunday, so I thought I'm going to return it on Monday morning when the store open at 10AM. I came to the store right when the store just opened at 10AM. I confidently walked into the store and told the clerk that I wanted to do refund. She took out the dress from the bag (NOTE: this is the first time the dress has been taken out from the bag since I bought it). I gave here te original receipt and she told me she couldn't do a refund for me since the other tag (that I did not know it supposed to be there is missing!). When she checked the receipt, she told me that JULIA (the person that "helped" me on Saturday) put a note in blue ink pen that there was a TAG on the dress. I tried to explain it to the clerk in Metrotown, and she just told me that she simply couldn't do anything. She even did not even try to help me with a solution rather that asked me to go back to the Pacific Centre Location. What a customer service! It's not about $200 worth of dress! First, JULIA in Pacific Centre certainly did not check if there was a second tag in the dress that I bought - or she deliberately put the note in my receipt even knowing there was no tag! Secondly, the clerk at Metrotown with her customer service. I asked her to help me call the Pacific Centre location and she rudely told me to just go there myself. For God sake, the dress was wrapped perfectly unworn condition and she knew it!
