It would be convenient if shopping carts were available for convenience for parents shopping with their children. The only reason I have this a 4 instead of a 5 is because I couldn't actually purchase anything there. It didn't have exactly what I needed at the time but the selection was vast. I could spend a huge part of the day browsing. The staff were extremely friendly and did their best to help me find what I needed. Prices are on the higher range but everything is great quality.

Store clerks are trained to target people of colour, to make sure they are not stealing. So incredibly disappointed with this experience at your 1200 Brant St. Burlington location. My goodness, I’m shopping for my 2 young children and cannot enjoy my shopping experience without the clerk interrogating me and following behind me every step I made. I have very limited mobility and wish to buy my niece a sizeable gift certificate but they will not issue me a gift certificate on the phone or online. I also live 6 hours away from the store I phoned that is near her. I am going to try the children’s place. What a waste of time and there is definitely a lot of frustration. I am a working grandmother of 2 soon to be 3 girls. We were in the Chatham store to buy clothes for the oldest who just turned 3. We made a purchase at 5:50pm yesterday for $75 and left the store. At 6pm I realized I left my phone in the store. I called the store from my husbands cell phone no one answered we turned around to head back to store to see if we could catch someone. I rely on my cell phone for my occupation. My cell phone was on silent as I use my smart watch to buzz for my calls. I knocked on the door finally one of the girls behind the counter came and I said my cell phone is inside. They looked for it and said they could not find it and that I had to come back next day. I had to rearrange my work schedule as the store is 1/2 hour away. I walked in at 10am my phone was in clear view in the girls section where I said it was. I walked out without talking to the staff. I will never support this store again as customer service is more than saying Hi when you walk in the door. Quite frankly not even sure I will use your online store anymore.
