Very Unhelpful. I called over the phone to inquire about pricing and they didn't even entertain the idea of giving me a cost of labor and parts. extremely rude. They could be good, but I don't know because the experience soured me from ever wanting to patron this place. Edit in response to the Owner: It was even asking for a quote. Just a ballpark figure. I know every item is different but even a mechanic will be able to give you a ball park estimation. I don't have a car and I'd like to know if the hour walk would be worth my time. But thank you for saving me the effort.

The friendly atmosphere that surrounds JC Sewing Studio is always a welcoming. From the smallest alteration to a complicated fix has never a been a question. I have always been very pleased with the end product in all my dealings with Jo. I have taken many items to Jo and I will say that I will never go anywhere else as Jo has always been professional. Many times she has gone out of her way to ensure that my repair / alteration is completed in a timely manner. To finish off, I must say that her shop which is housed in her basement at home is so well laid out and well designed you will always want to return. Thank you Jo for being the a Lady with the golden needle.
