I was actively discriminated against here, based on my medical condition. When I firmly, but politely attempted to enforce my rights, I was barred from entering the store, and told by the woman working that she “had no choice, and had to listen to the guy who signs her paycheck.” I am incredibly disappointed and will make a point of never recommending Fabricland to anyone I know.

Everything you are going to need to start sewing. It is my go-to place for anything I need. Large selection of fabrics - clothing, curtains, upholstery. Very knowledgeable group of ladies who work there. They can always come up with a solution to your sewing questions. They have taught me so much.

I'm glad some things are available locally, but their pricing is pretty outrageous for the quality (unless there's a sale) and their selection of cotton lycra knits is lacking. Quilting cotton selection is huge, but for modern clothing making it leaves a lot to be desired. I'm used to paying $30+ a meter for excellent quality CL prints online, but for the quality here the prices are unrealistic.

Got sold the wrong thread and couldnt return or exchange cause i used it already.. yet the lady was the one who got me to change the original thread i had chosen.. when returning she claimed it was the machine or me not the thread.. a little disappointed nothing was done to help me as i never had an issue with any other thread i choose.. love the service otherwise! Great material choice and supplies available!

The staff are very friendly but I bought numerous "ends" and found when I opened them at home, there were some that were dirty, stained and unusable. I was meant to be making masks for a local hospital donation and it was a disappointment that I was unable to make as many as I would have liked. If you shop here, please insist on opening the fabric - no matter how inexpensive...

Did not have a very good experience today. I questioned the price of fabric I had recently purchased to re-do my 2 outdoor chairs. It was on sale before so I asked about the price today because the sign said that fabric code was on sale and the one staff was trying to be helpful to find out if it still was but the other lady was very rude to us about how it’s not on sale anymore. So unfortunately I won’t be finishing my other chairs now with their fabric.
