It’s the people! Wilde and Sparrow is the best women’s boutique in Central Island, hands down. Their impeccable customer service, eye for cool, unique and edgy clothes and accessories, and ability to nimbly shift online during a pandemic make these ladies the primo, big-hearted fashion ninjas. Honestly the best customer service I've ever experienced. I had my eye on this ring for a bit and finally decided to buy it. Then it sadly broke (my fault, not due to the quality) and I couldn't find the stone. I took it to the store to see if I could get a new stone or just buy a new ring and they offered to call the designer to replace it for me but because of covid this wasn't possible for many months now, so instead they offered an exchange for a different item or a full refund. I didn't expect this at all, I was expecting to just take the loss. This is what going above and beyond looks like! I am so grateful for these kind people! They truly care about their customers. Whether you need a new look for your socially-distanced Tinder date or extra comfy Netflix gear that WOWS your borderline-depressed partner, W&S has it all. These two ladies know where it’s at - roll in looking like a shlub, roll out like a David Lee Roth high-kick. Their online store/delivery makes shopping easy for basement dwellers and those who are too intoxicated to drive during regular business hours. Five giant stars.
