Massive selection and the quality is far better than anything for sale in a Halloween outlet store. You do have to actually go in to see all of inventory available, but you'll also get to try anything on that you like. While at first things might seem a bit pricy, after looking around you'll begin to understand why renting will in fact cost more than buying a cheap outlet costume. I went in looking for pirate and wench costumes. Tip: They are closed Sunday's and Monday's. So picking up Saturday morning and returning Tuesday is three days for the price of one.

The whole correspondence with Watts Costume was amazing (phone, email and in person). The pick up and drop off of the 1920s outfit was smooth and they were all a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!

This is THE place for costume rentals. Easy to access (right off of Boundary Rd) And the selection! From period correct costumes to Santa, Elf, Swashbuckler, Elvis, Indian Chief, Spiderman, military, you name it!! This place is fun! Loved the variety! Helpful staff. Will use again!

Words can't even express how amazing this place is! I literally needed a costume for work today and was able to pick one out yesterday! There is no shortage of sizes, styles, colours or themes at Watts. More than the costumes they offer, they have INCREDIBLE customer service. Josh (the owner) was extremely patient and helped me find a costume and never hesitated to help. He had great suggestions for my costume and even helped me pull items from different costumes to put it together. I am a ridiculously indecisive person, but he never made me feel like a burden when I could not make up my mind and kept asking him for his opinion on the costume I was trying on. He was very sweet! He was willing to help me more than 20 minutes after their location officially closed and it never felt like he was rushing me. Josh definitely knows what he is talking about and knows the ins and outs of the available costumes, down to the cravat and the boot-buckles. When comparing to places like "Spirit Halloween", Watts Costume Rentals is in a league of their own. Their website doesn't even begin to capture all that they have to offer! I would much rather rent a costume from Watts for the price of having to purchase a costume at a Spirit Halloween store or anything similar. The quality and service is amazing and can't be matched. 10/10 I will be going back to Watts' again! I can't recommend them enough! Give them a chance and you won't be disappointed.

We rented the Centurion costume for a commercial and it not only looked amazing on camera but behaved how you would expect. Will definitely be back for more!
