Friday 14 September , i just wonder why Most of the employees there are Asian, quality of their products are ok but even though they are on sales in these opening time moments at this branch in my opinion price of items are expensive , by the way this company is Japanese but all of products are made in China , that’s why Chinese community support them in first days.

Worst shopping experience at Uniqlo Coquitlam Centre. I wanted to exchange my button up shirt which I bought at 14.48 pm, and I couldn't because it is not in original packaging. I brought the tag, the paper, the cardboard and collar holder. The Manager wouldn't let me, and he said I need to investigate. Everything was there, but he refused to proceed with my exchange. At the end I threw the shirt, the tag, the tissue paper, the shirt paper holder, the neck plastic rounder on the cashier desk. He pointed out the policy. F@#%K it !.

Amazing t-shirts! i got this really cute black one with mickey mouse on the breast pocket and it goes really well with a pair of blue jeans. All you need to do is tuck in the front and it looks really trendy! But, the jackets and coats look horrible. And, I want to see more One Piece!!

Great store with a variety of styles and types of clothes, something for everyone. Covid prevention measures are implemented and you must take a temperature check before entering the store, masks are mandatory so if you don't have one you'll have to purchase one at the entrance. Fitting rooms are open and all tried on clothes are steamed.

Reasonable quality with terrible customer service. One of the Worst customer service in Vancouver. If you buy from online, you can't return to the store. My wife bought before they changed policy but they not allow to return item because they $9.90 return charge for online orders. Just terrible!

I ordered a few items which were supposed to arrive before Christmas and when it didn’t I attempted to cancel the order. The app did not provide me an option to cancel the order even before it arrived in store. When it did arrive I went in store to ask for my money back, they refused and said I would have to accept the items and return it to their warehouse at my own cost. I refused and when I looked into it further they will ship the items back and refund if you do not pick them up (this should take almost a month which seems like a long time). I’m not sure if the employees didn’t know this or they didn’t want to return the items themselves but either way it was terrible customer service and as I was in line I saw multiple other people complaining. This is one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve dealt with and will not be back.

Horrible staff, if you ever read this and don’t want any trouble, NEVER come to this store. I came to the store today, and bought something. After I paid everything and leaving, the stupid alarm was on(I didn’t even notice), one of their staff came to me and check the things I bought. I was ok when she checks the first time, I know it is false alarm, and maybe there was some tags not being removed properly. The receipt is still inside the bag. After she checked, another two of their people came and checked again and again. I don’t even know what they are checking for. Everything is inside the bag, and the receipt is still hot since they just printed. Another guy was going to take it to the cashier for another check. Everything they have done is nonsense. They are just wasting my time, and doing horrible customer service. In the end, I just returned the things I bought. I think they just thought I stole something from their store, which I will never do in my life. This is totally ridiculous and racist.

Terrible return or exchange policy. Do not buy anything here unless you're 100% sure of the fit. Meaning, don't buy online or as a gift for anyone. I bought their heat tech top online, and they wouldn't exchange it for another size. Poor customer service. I won't be shopping here any longer.

Purchased a 2 long sleeve thermal T-shirt in a wrapped package. Opened one and found the sizing v v fitted. Preferred not to open the other package and took it back in the 3rd day. Was advised that there was no exchange or return. I advised and showed that the pkg was never opened. Still did not get help exchange the size. V v disappointed.

Very poor customer services. Cannot exchange with "exchange only" stamp on the receipt. Did not provide alternation services with a sign of "free alternation for product udner $20.00 in change room". 5 stars for their clothing (price vs quality - exceeds most mall brands by a lot). 2 stars for their return policy. This is weighted differently as the clothes are great. IF you read the return policy, it's not impossible to return items - you just have to be aware of their policy which appears to have changed a lot of over the years.

The store is near the Walmart in the mall. I went at 10am when it opened, so it was pretty empty and things were organized. Lots of sales and a good selection of sizes. They have men's women's. Kids and babies.

Don't shop here for toddlers and babies if you're not 100% sure of their size!!! The store policy of final sale (no returns or exchanges) on a jacket for a 3 year old is crazy! Not all kids are built the same, so if the child is not with you to try the item on, you may want to buy their gift from a different store that will allow you to return or exchange if the clothing doesn't fit! I used to really like this store, hence the 2 instead of 1, but I can't get on board with that kind of policy - especially with Christmas over a month away. Kids have growth spurts!

The poor reviews here are all TRUE. Stay away from this store!! Exchange for a smaller sized sweater was denied despite showing the receipt as they wanted the second receipt with the bar code which unfortunately was not placed in the bag when first purchased. That was not even the worst of the nightmarish experience! After talking with the cashiers showing the receipt and the sweater, we left the store. As we were abt to walk away, the attendant by the entrance asked to check our bags as she said the alarm went off but we did not even hear it. All incomprehensible as we were already out and it took some time for her to say the request to check our bags. Could it be because we were just dressed plainly?? Maybe, we should have come in with our TESLA!! The customer experience may have totally been different! Worst store ever!

Very poor inventory management. I placed a click and collect order and received shipment notification the next day. However, I received the "ready for collection" email 42 days later. I had to email customer service 3 times to follow up. Apparently my order was already delivered but the store never scanned it in.

I wish i could give negative points to them. I bought my shirt online and when i went to exchange the item in store one size smaller in the original package( not opened at all), they wouldn’t take it. Most of the stores welcome in-store return/exchange with the order receipt but not Uniqlo. I hope they do better. Disappointed, not buying from uniqlo anymore.

Purchased a female sweater with a stain. Took it back and got refused. Manager came by and said there is no way it got stained in the store even with 1000 visitors a day AND WALKED AWAY WHILE TALKING TO HER. Way to go customer service. Left it there with my phone number. Consider it a rip off!

So this store has THE FITTING ROOM CLOSED. You cant try on their products. Or if they let you try, its the same sample that everyone had tried on. Then their policy is YOU CANT EVEN EXCHANGE IF THE PRODUCT IS UNWRAPPED even if you keep every tag and paper and hanger. I felt really bad for people that I gifted UNIQLO products to during the holidays because technically they cant exchange if it doens fit, dont even talk about return. I really feel like I got tricked to buy their stuffs. Once you pay for it, dont even touch it or you just lose your money. Really bad way of retail business.
