We've got all the opinions of people who used the products and services of UNIQLO CF Richmond Centre (Costumes) near British Columbia (Canada).
As of day the business receives a rating of 4 out of 5 and the rating has been based on 127 reviews.
You must have seen that it reaches an feddbacks average is really positive, and it's founded on a very high number of scores, so we may be pretty sure that the evaluation is quite accurate. If there are many people who bothered to evaluate when they've done well with the business, it works.
You know that we do not usually bother to set feddbacks when they are good and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Costumes belongs to the category of Clothing store.
Very large store, staff are helpful and a quick turnaround in keeping the clothing all folded and organized, unlike other locations. Lineup is quick and very clear.
EXCELLENT
So far so good. Busy store. Have come in multiple times. Staff have been friendly professional and efficient. From the change rooms to the cashiers. Great sales. Great Prices.
First time I've visited a physical UNIQLO store, generally it was good. They have an abundant supply of men and women clothes. However, in terms of price, I think the online deals are always better.
Opening - April 6, 2018
Best location at Richmond center (right beside the main entrance) and has the latest trending items from UNIQLO.
The shop is nice and staffs are friendly and well-trained. Although sometimes the line-ups are really long even though there’s not a lot of people inside the store.
Uniclo has many kinds of clothes and great prices. It also has a great selection of clothing types.
poor customer service and unfriendly staff
Store is kinda small and really crowded with narrow isles
I bought 2 pairs of these jeans for my daughter and thought they were on sale at $19.99. Later found out the sale items were the underwear hidden behind the Limited Offer sign.
Open as of today (April 6 2018). Super excited to have a Uniqlo so close to home
Room for improvement: unorganized price tags, in the Men's section.
I like the prices and the clothing is of along lasting material, strong fabric.....especially for kids.
Not huge store here but has variety products. And staffs are helpful and friendly.
One of my favorite places to shop for clothing. Affordable casual wear. Only negative is that it is somewhat cramp in space, especially on busy days.
This uniqlo is a little tight but its really neat and organized
???? price great quality. Good deal when it's on sale. Could be better if they give more coupons.
Nice selection of seasonal items and I usually don't have to line up to try on or pay. Very clean and good covid prrotocal
Place is nice, bit packed.
If you find something you like, buy a few colors! A great place for unbranded and relatively generic clothing at a reasonable price but your not likely to find anything particularly stylish or unique
Love shopping for clothes that are badic but stylish
Ok I guess. It's a mall.
My MasterCard got rejected twice which I just used at beside store… Not limit problem, it is their payment machine problem. Can’t use swipe function at all. I have had it enough. One more star for the front lady helped me.
Over the top Covid precautions and it's okay...
Based on my personal experience this is my opinion: Range 0 – 10 Where 0 is terrible, 5 is good and 10 is excellent. Cost: 5 Environment: 4 Customer service: 5 Service or Product: 6 Washroom conditions: N/A Exclusive female / women washroom? N/A Overall cleaning conditions: 7 Accept Bitcoins? No #RafaelCasteloRecommendsIt I always go there looking for clothes but end up finding what I was looking for at H&M for a better price.
Many people, stay safe
Service was very great! Especially from the staff named Erryan and Gilbert! Although one of them pulled my weave off during rush hour and I was taken a back but experience was great all throughout.
Great prices. Quality clothing. Helpful staff.
I called on Friday looking for some for sizing advice as I’ve never purchased anything from Uniqlo before. I don’t remember the employees name, however she was so helpful! !!! I really appreciated the sincere advise. They took the time to help me even though I wasn’t buying anything and answered a lot of my questions. Kudos to them!! (I called around 12:20 PM — hopefully they end up seeing this!) Thank you :)
I was Vibing in the changing room playing apex legends and a staff named Gilbert called security on me. So I moved into the break room to which he sprayed me with a vanilla febreeze spray. Good service all throughout, I smelled good by the end of it.
One of a favorite mall to walk around for indoor exercise, for window shopping, for shopping at different shops, for buying lottery, for dinning in or for take out.not to mention the bay and shoppers drug mart. So much to remember. Also the dollar stor, the source, telus, etc. I also love languages, therefore I offer a free Arabic and English language lessons under the name of Myra el Masraya channel on YouTube, check it out.
Narrow aisle, with a shared checkout queue aisle along a men clothing aisle. Inconvenient. And the staffs.. some of them not as friendly as in Asia.
Was there around noon today. The sales team are awesomw. Polite, helpful and very pleasant. It's been a great shopping experience. Thx guys.
Good nice and organize I didn't buy anything here but looks good.
Wide range of clothing items, well made products all at reasonable price. Items are well designed and pretty cool.
Assorted and pocket friendly
I have been purchasing Uniqlo products from online and this location many times. On one particular merchandise I decided to purchase online and pick up at this store. The item supposed to arrived in 7 business days but I didn't hear anything so I went in to the store and hoping for an update. The lady there was unable to track down my order but she took my infor and the manager will follow up. However no one ever get back to me from the store and I have to contact the online department for update. Again they are unable to track my order so I said just please reorder my item but they just refunded the money and that's it. I am glad that they refund the money however I am looking for the product, not a refund.
Luxury mall.
They do not stand behind their products. I bought a pair of pants instore, they tore, I live 5 hours away. I contacted their warranty department and they said they can't do anything about it because it's an instore purchase. Not impressed.
Of course one of my last stops on my Vancouver trip had to be Uniqlo! I was saving it till the end because there is always a chance I overspend at Uniqlo and so I didn't want to carry all my purchases during my entire trip. This location was clean and well spread out. They had enough employees and some sales going on. No complaints about my visit!
It's fast, pretty good quality but bland options.
I love their lightweight down vests
Friendly staff, nice location all on a single floor. The staff in the fitting room were on all hands and knees helping customers with the length of their pants. Amazing. Though neglected everyone else which caused a big lineup.
Nice place but cramped but you can find what you are looking for. They have some specific styles and would recommend everyone to visit the store as you will be surprised to see clothes that they offer.
Security people made me feel like I was going to steal something. I was about to ask them what their problem was with me. I was just browsing and trying a jacket on.
Most organized store in the mall hands down. Tons of staff everywhere, and changing rooms are nice. Great selection of basics and they do tailoring! One of my favorites in richmond centre.
too.... crowded... not with people but with items.... to move with the stroller is impossible. I love their jacket but rating the store not the quality of items.
Very busy not a lot of space for social distancing but I like how they check the temperature of customers
A Japanese based clothing store for a younger crowd. Plenty of graphic t-shirts, with the selection changing and growing weekly. The clothing fits on the slim side. Men's, women's, and kids clothing available. Selection is almost as good as the metrotown or Guilford location. Subscribe to the emails to see whats new or on sale. App only works in Canada. Separate app for Japan .
You can order online and pick up here
Nice selection of items, but often very stuffy and hot. The aisles are fairly close together and feels a bit claustrophobic if multiple people are there. Staffs are nice and acknowledge your presence. They often do say a simple hello and offer their assistance.
I love this store. color choices are absolutely unique and the clothes are awesome
I just window stopped here but has good clothing
Only 3 Uniqlo in the GVA but this one is really good. Great friendly staff and always has the good sizes you can get in and out quickly, and it’s 2 seconds from the train. Love it.
Need more XL sized clothing. Many things liked were not available in XL
Big uniqlo store, really love it
Broken fast. Store manger are proud of such kind of quality. Said it is totally normal if it broken after a month. After one month, you are take your own risk.
Clean and at the front of the mall. Great selection of clothing and staff really did their best to help me find what it is I was looking for.
Cheap stuff. Material thin.
Good quality and selection
Why is it so difficult just to exchange something in just a different size. Terrible exchange policy, not even consistent with US stores or major retailers. For a company touting as having the best customer service - you don’t even come close. Please review your own store policies on exchanges without a receipt, because it doesn’t make sense you don’t even exchange your own product.
Great services with lots to choose from
This store has a great selection of Japanese-style clothing, great staff members and great customer service. We love clothes from Uniqlo as they are very comfortable and are reasonable priced. We have been to their stores in Osaka and Tokyo in Japan as well as in Taipei, Taiwan, and in Thailand. Thanks for opening you stores in Canada. Photos © Sanjib Dutta
Had a great time shopping! Erryan and Gilbert were phenomenal workers
Staff is friendly but this store always busy too much inside
I bought 16 items, they did not tell me no return. I went to there today to return two (one jacket, one panamas)。the casher said not return/ no refund for the panamas because it was opened., and asked me if I would return or change the jacket. after a while, she said the jacked no return, only exchange. she found an same size and the price is almost double for it is different year made. the customer service is really bad.
Made an online purchase during quarantine, Uniqlo has a 30 day return policy....well this is Covid-19 and that's not realistic also paying to ship 1 item back is ridiculous. Came all the way to this location, tried talking to the manager Gabriel. Would not honor a one time return of a badly designed shirt. I do NOT recommend this location simply for the lack of customer satisfaction. Also it's very narrow and people don't social distance including staff. Alot less selection than metrotown. Uniqlo if you're reading this, change your return policy for the year!!! Your competitors have! I hope to hear back from this review with a refund!! *Including the 2 items I purchased instore that I mailed back (April) and never received my refund.
the layout is really cramped to the point where not only is social distancing impossible, it's not even possible to go down an aisle without straight up pressing into someone else
A employee named Erryan was super friendly and very helpful. the costumer service in this store especially from him is top notch!! Keep it up!!
This Japanese retailer has become one of the players in the fashion world thanks to the quality and forward-thinking designs it puts out every season. Added to that, we can expect a very high quality, typical of Japanese made products. All that considered, their prices are pretty reasonable. The store in Richmond Centre can feel tight, not a lot of space left for aisles. People don't seem to mind though. Check it out, there's quite a nice selection for everyone.
This store is right beside the exit to the rear parking lot. Very convenient in times of Covid-19. The store seems to have the complete Uniqlo collection. What was particularly nice was their triple ply masks, which are very comfortable.
They have good variety and styles of clothing for kids and adults. Decent quality of fast/trendy fashion. Nice hoodies, shirts, shorts etc. for men. Plenty of options for women as well
Had what I needed, pricing was a bit confusing but figured it out.
Used to really like Uniqlo. Purchases few items online because the store does not carry them. Got free shipping of purchasing over $80. Did not notice the new returning policy as of Sept 1, 2020, Online purchase must be return via mail and need to pay $10, eventho you can pay less than that to mail back the item. I found it is ridiculous. I am disappointed at Uniqlo now and I believe will not purchase from you. Even buying from GAP I get free shipping and free returns. I hope you can change your return policy, or else will not bring business es to you anymore.
HEATTECH is superb for winter conditions whether it’s for sports like ice hockey or underneath a suit. It’s like HH Lifa but at one third the price. Great selection of colours and thicknesses. Kept me warm in temperatures -10°C.
Prices are way to high for items that are the same as you would find on "Wish". Quality doesn't match the high prices. Also, the sizing isn't diverse enough. As a 5'2" women who's about 90 lbs, their XS size is miles too big and too long for me and most petite women. Wouldn't shop here again.
Uniqlo used to be very friendly, however this store gave me the worst experience ever! Staff are so rude! I don’t understand where’s the attitude from.
Good quality clothing.
They open promptly on time
Such a hassle just to pick up a mobile order. Just using the app was not enough, the cashier asked me to find the email with the barcode.
The location is well stocked and maintained. Staffs are generally friendly and helpful. There is an obvious effort to keep the check out line moving in a timely manner. A separate line up is available for returns. Low rating due to how completely uncomfortable it is to shop inside. The ceiling is low and the lights are unbelievably bright and hot. Within 15 mins of browsing the store in a light jacket and tshirt, I was breaking out in a sweat. The music is also uncomfortably loud and annoying.
When you can find items on sale, they are great in terms of quality and value. You can never go wrong to stock up some heat tech clothing for a cold winter.
Super friendly staff, very helpful and they actually seem to know the product they are selling. More stores should take note.
went here just to look around then I ended up buying some items. I got 2 leggings that was on promotion for $19. when I got home and check the receipt, I was charged, one for $29 and other for $24. Will never go to a Uniqlo store again.
Good price, nice item, excellent staffs
What an insanely asinine Uniqlo this is. They aren't accepting returns from the June 7th - 9th, (this information wasn't made public), to accommodate a new KAWS collection, as if that has anything to do with day-to-day operations of their store. I don't understand how a collection made for incredibly annoying and spoiled "hypebeast" tweens have anything to do with this Uniqlo functions as if it was any other day. It seems the management here has made a clear stance to preference the POTENTIAL of annoying young adults being able to buy items vs. every other customer that shops here regularly. I'd understand if the store was busy, sure, you want to hold off and allow people to make purchases first. Totally logical and understandable. This of course was not the case. There were employees standing around, store very much uncrowded, and the employees STILL wouldn't make any returns. Again, this wouldn't be an issue if there was a logical reason why the transaction couldn't have been made, but there was none. It was simply a rule put in place again to favor selling this specific collection over anything else. Unreal.
High end mall. You will not find a dolorama. For stationay supplies do not go this location. Shoppers drug mart is a zero and you will not find cheap variety or excessive cost. The buck or two is far from a dollarama.
Great store
Staff were very nice and very smiley. Felt approachable and willing to answer questions I had. Very tolerant of me going in and out of the change room many times. "Gilbert" did the alterations on my pants, looks fantastic. Would recommend this location to anyone who'd listen.
One of my favourite and go to for Asian fit clothing.
Good Selection, had just what I was looking for. But kids section is tiny. Location is good, close to food court and exit.
A nice Japanese clothing store. The prices are a bit higher than in Japan, but it's understandable as they are imported. The staff are friendly, and there seems to be a lot of selection. The only downside is that the shopping space can get very crowded and hot, especially on weekends.
Don't shop here, but it was nice to see the store taking COVID-19 precautions seriously. Staff had masks, sanitizer was nearby, and there was a roped off queue, with staff limiting entry.
I bought items worth $245 dated June 6,2021, time 13:21 , was served by cashier named LG in the receipt, very disappointed with her attitude toward customer like me with my two toddlers with me, asking her if no free bag for that worth of purchased $245? She just said sternly "NO" . That's it! The very first she has no positive approach , without smile and no quick word of welcome , got no pleasant relation with her customer , so rude! Even after the transaction completed and leaving, no courteous service at all. NOT a FRIENDLY and positive attitude she has. I feel like because I'm Asian with brown skin she treated me that way. :( I'm not happy with you LG with your service. Hope your manager will orient you how to handle customer properly. You should improve your customer service skills.
They wouldn't let me take my Lululemon purchases in to the fitting rooms. Had to try on top on sales floor. Not leaving 400 dollars of clothing with some kid
Very disappointed with the customer service from sales named Christy. She was quite rude and impolite. She did not even apologize even when she made a mistake on my transaction.
I bought items July 2021, was served by cashier named Geraldine in the receipt, very disappointed with her attitude toward customer like me. she has no positive approach without a smile and no quick word of welcome , got no pleasant relation with her customer , so rude! I'm not happy with you Geraldine with your service. Hope your manager will train you how to handle customer properly.
I haven't actually bought anything from here but they seem to have unique clothing ideas for quite reasonable prices
Every thing is ok except for the changing room floor was quite dirty. I prefer Japan's changing room style, take off your shoes first before going into the room.
Boring designs, underwhelming colors, if I'm attending a funeral, I will go to Uniqlo to buy funeral attire. For the same price, I can get nicer designs shopping online somewhere else other than Uniqlo and I don't even need to deal with useless staff with anemic product knowledge. The item is clearly available in selected stores but was told that it's only available online. Poor signage. If you want your customers to wait until the next available cashier calls the customer, then why the hell didn't you erect a sign? If you didn't have a sign, I assume that when the customer before me leaves after paying will be time for me to walk towards the available cashier. Not every customer wants to be pushy or is uncivil, and, it most unfortunate that Uniqlo made their operating behavior a living culture but also a propaganda that every single customer is pushy and uncivilized. You ought to know by now that you cannot win any war by assuming everyone else on Earth need you to LIBERATE them by assuming that all human beings shopping at Uniqlo are uncivilized.
Good quality and stylish
good service from sales associate, good deal of sales merch.
Weird hoitey-toitey overpriced Asian store. Did some work here - staff seemed stuck-up and unfriendly.
This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced on Oct 07 2021. I recently got the notification that app members can redeem a free hightech inner in store so I went to rc uniqlo store at the noon today. First time I did not find the info about the event on the "women" page (it is on the home page) and the cashier told me she could do nothing to help me with an indifferent attitude looking like I was a homeless beggar asking for a piece of bread! I eventually found the information on the home page by MYSELF and asked her again. With the same indifference and arrogance, she refused to give me the inner and told me it was just a notification instead of a coupon. No suggestions! No solutions! Even no smile from the beginning to the end! I felt to be offended and hurt by her attitude and disappointed with her useless work! I did not see her name but she is an Asian girl at her 20s with her hair bundled up with a hair clip at the back. I understood that there might be a coupon in the future and she had no right to give away the gift however she should told me the fact more friendly and politely!!!
Quality cloth, casual but less fashionable. Helpful stuff and friendly. Good shopping experience.
We went to the store on Oct 21, wanted to find a set of nighty for my mom, and there's one we really like, but couldn't find her size. We asked Sherry for her help, she told us there is no more in the store, but we can order online and there is still a lot in stock. My husband wanted to buy a T-shirt, but she told us we will get free shipping if we purchase $59.9 or more. We have decided to get both of them online. After we get home and go to the website, we're very disappointed, the product actually sold out online! My mom really liked it, we have to go with a larger size. However, at the checkout point, it shows we have to spend $20 more to get free shipping, and it wasn't available for pick up in store! How difficult it is! Due to the wrong information, we just wasted almost an hour of three of us's time and get nothing! Uniqlo was our family's go to store for a long time, we like their quality and the design, however, after this experience, we are not sure if the staff have got good training on how to help customers with correct information. We probably wouldn't shop there anymore.
Good quality clothes.
There was a sale on the heattech items, and I was able to find them. I have heard that popular items disappear very quickly due to the store's centralized location, so one must not wait to buy those. That is the characteristic of Richmond, unfortunately.
I Liked shopping in your store at uniqlo I liked the Social Distancing Markers on the floor but my mom didn't Liked when all customers are not following Covid 19 safety Protocols which is not Social Distancing on harms way
Just got out of jail and service was top notch, especially from an individual named alister or something. mans was a real G, gave me new jail cell clothes.
Great service at this location. Young Asian man at the fitting room was so friendly and helpful. The quality of the clothing is amazing for the pricepoint. Will be shopping here way more often for basics.
A while ago I came in to return something and the girl there with 4 letter name was explaining the new online order return policy meanwhile it was not in effect for a few more weeks and was treating me as if I were stupid and was acting like the policy was in effect now. People are usually quite helpful but she was just plain rude.
Excellent merchandise, great price, well trained staff and eco friendly. Like it.
Very poor customer serivce and an arrogant manager Cristy who doesn't care about customer at all. I pursches 4 pairs of simialr color underwear and accidently picked one with a different size. Went back the next day for an exchange but they denied my exchange saying it was open when it wasn't. I brought it back the way I purchased because that underwear was 3 sizes too small. Cristy insisted the package was opened and told me they have video footage to proof. Since I have purchased 4 pairs with similar style and color, it will be difficult for them to identify the condition of the one I am returning. When I asked to see the picture, she refused to show it to me.
Always loved Uniqlo.
Unbelievably poor store policies. I wanted to exchange a Christmas gift but couldn't find anything suitable in the colour I wanted. So I decided that I will just get a store credit and deal with it later since the 30 day limitation was getting close. Apparently, they do not have store credits, they will only do an exchange for gifts. This was not clearly stated on the gift receipt. The manager explained that since Uniqlo is fairly new in Canada, their systems have not been enabled with the ability to issue store credits. What kind of line is that to feed a customer? Basically, once they have your money, they will make it as difficult as possible to let go of that control. I have never heard of any other retail store in Canada that would not issue a store credit for a returned item. Do your firends & family a favour and do not buy them a gift from this company. I will certainly not to spending any money here.
Thanks to the supervisor today!!! Clearly solve out my problem and my concerns to the product!!! Do like Uniqlo!!!
Check out line was a bit confusing but otherwise a well organized and clean store
They used to sell Toddler Pajamas up to 4Y, now only up to 3Y. Don't know why physical store always has no stock and make people to go online to purchase them. Even they offer free return at store for your online purchase, but you can't do size exchange directly. They need you to return the online order first, then you can grab other sizes inside the physical store if there is any. If you can't find it, then you need to do another online purchase. Why don't they stock up sufficient stock at the physical store, so that customer can find their right product and size at one stop!
Really big store that has many different style shirts and pants. Really trendy store and it gets really busy inside. The clothes are usually messed into piles because people throw clothes around trying to find the perfect size.
Average/below average at this price point.. only came here for free birthday breakfast tbh.. outside of the breakfast/kids/senior deals I would not come here
The only complain that I have is when I was trying to pick up some stuff that I bought yesterday, I have to line up 15-20 mins just for the temperature test, they should set up a pick up window so people who already spent time lining up does not have to wait again. plz improve Uniqlo, this is very annoying in a normal customer’s POV.
I called to see if the pants I wanted were available in stores. They picked up said how can I help you. After I finished my sentence they ended the call on me. I tried calling back and it went to voicemail. Super rude. No need to have a phone if your not going to help customers
Good work security! Beware of Jahaziel Mariinez, who was in your Store 3 weeks ago. He left a review. That Mexican is unstable!
Fair prices and great selection. Only downside would be that the aisles are a bit narrow. Nothing that would mark a star off for me but for others might be an issue with mobility devices.
Great store and products. A bit tight.
I tried to exchange an item that was purchased for $28+tax; however, the exchange credit I got was $28 flat (no exchange credit for the tax that I paid). I tried explaining to the cashier that I should be either: A) get credit for the tax paid on the original purchase for my exchange, or B) pay no tax on my exchange new items (except for difference). He didn't seem to get it. Quite a frustrating experience.
We were charged for something that we didn't purchase. Bought 3 items but was charged 4. Didn't realize it until we were home so can't do much about it since we don't have the evidence of a missing item. Please be alert when making your payment and make sure you are not overcharged.
absolutely amazing
The cashier was very friendly and customer service was awesome!
The online purchase return policy is awful ???? They used to allow return in store with online purchases just like other retail stores but they have now changed it. Really unhappy about this change, I bought a jacket online and tried it at home, it was too big so going back to store to exchange for a smaller size but they don’t have it in store.(of course) So I just quickly ordered smaller size online thinking I can return the bigger size. They said you can only return online purchases by mail and pay $9 for shipping. This is just so inconvenient for customers who buys online. Also they are always out of stock for all sizes in store and that’s why I had to buy online.
When you want to ask a staff member something, GO FIND TIFFANY!! She is very kind and efficient in tasks. I asked her to grab me multiple sizes when I was in the changing room and she was not annoyed whatsoever and quickly handed me the items.
The line up getting into the store was not well maintained as it has a curve and since people just cut through it in the middle. Also when you exit the store apparently you are not allowed to use the hand sanitizer since it's for entrance only...entrance was right next to the exit. So once you are about to leave the store, you are no longer a valued customer. Was told to go to malls' service desk to use hand sanitizer.
Absolutely horrible experience. I would rate this store and the management a 0/5 if I could. Went in to return something that didn’t fit as a result of health issues. Manager was arrogant, rude, and had zero empathy. You lost a customer. Would not recommend shopping here.
Went to exchange for pants brought online. Cashier was friendly and very helpful.
If I have a choice, I would give 0/5. I just had the worst customer service from an arrogant supervisor name Cristy. I wanted to return two item bought online. She refused because I did not have a “paper” receipt. I showed her the purchase history on the App and the receipt on my email. She insisted a paper receipt is required. However, it was a cashier that told me a paper receipt was not necessary back in January when I returned something. In fact, it was that cashier who taught me how to get the purchase history on the App. I ask to speak to the manager, without even checking, she told me the store manager was in a meeting. She refused to give me the manager’s name. I offered to leave my name and number but she refused to take the info. I asked for the store phone number, she told me she doesn’t have it. She told me to check online. I had over $200 of clothing that I was going to purchase for the same transaction. Without hesitation she grab the clothing and dumped it behind her. Her attitude was like Uniqlo does not want any of my business. Very very disappointed with this kind of service. She’s certainly not a candidate for any future promotion at all. Compare to other Uniqlo locations that I’ve shopped in other countries, this one employee is the worst.
Very bad customer service, especially female staffs, arrogant and rude! Store policy needs to be modified, exchange and refund should be allowed when tags are still there (even when the outer packaging was tear off) and why they call brand new product as final sale items, just because they refuse to let exchange and refund?? Samples hanging there are for “display”only NOT for people to try them out, who would want to try those samples out during Covid-19, low hygiene. Never visit this Uniqlo store!
Bought damaged goods and they refused to exchange because I was missing the tag. Poor quality control and disappointing policies in light of the quality control. Wished the manager Thomas C a happy new year anyways as I left, but he didn’t even say anything back.
Multiple choices for basic clothing. I love their cashmere products and heattech products. Very cost-effective brand.
I love uniqlo, but this locating does not have as much stock as Metrotown
Can’t go wrong. Their fashion is timeless
It's whatever , fast fashion won't just be the death of us with cheap poisonous dyes but also the environment
This is a new store in Richmond Centre at the main entrance on the west side of the mall. A good place to shop for smart casual clothes for men and women and kids. They change their inventories often. In men's they have several types cotton shirts. Many of the T-shirts are mostly cotton blended with polyester type materials. They also hang samples in the isles so that the shoppers can see the fully opened garments. They also have choices for outer wear for men, women and kids. The store has a lot of shelving for its size. Very compact isles. Prices are reasonable and quality good.
A bit crowded
Has most of the same offerings as the Uniqlo in Asia, but the layout of the store is quite cramped and crowded.
Lots of choice. Would be ideal if the space could be 30% more.
Poor attitude from floor staff and cashier
Great Clothes, affordable prices and for good quality clothes. Great kids selection
Good selection of stuff. Too many people inside, they need better crowd control or expand their store. The heavy crowd shows its a good place to buy stuff but makes the shopping experience horrible.
