Favourite coffee spot in town. Delicious range of nut/seed milks. House made pies w optional salads, sandwhiches and delicious dessert and treat options. All plant-based. Large range of vintage clothing and HMU apparel. Hard not to buy a new outfit every time i visit!!!

Quite possibly the best place I think I ever discovered. Not only do the girls welcome you with open arms but so does the shop, not to mention the variety of vintage and recycled goods you can pick up??? but if that's not enough they also have a vegan coffee bar on the inside of the shop to make your shopping trip that little bit more enjoyable. Hop on a 10 minute bus ride from the village if you wish for your day to be made 10x better! You won't regret it.

The velvet underground has to be one of the coolest shops in whistler. Their social media presence is what drew me in. With their amazing daily styling inspiration, and their numerous posts on educating us about ways to help marginalized communities, it really made me feel like part of a community before I had even experienced the shop in person. When I got in for my first time I was really taken back by how many local artists the shop features and how the shop owner does her best to find and display BIPOC owned small businesses. The clothes were all on point, and great condition. And the cafe was vegan so obviously that was a huge selling point. And to walk around in the shop seeing all the healthy happy plants totally made my mood 100x better. Thanks for taking the time to carefully curate this whole shopping experience!

I arrived unprepared to Whistler in March and found Amy and her shop while wandering around. She went out of her way to say hi and be helpful. Since then i've bought a few things, chatted a few times, watched her videos and been amazed by what a great business mind she has. It's a great local store deserving of everyone's respect and support.

Second hand clothing shop slash vegan cafe. Nice food (I am not vegan), nice music, nice people. Cute little place, recommended. Camp coffee around the corner does slightly better coffee but I find it a little sterile.

I have been following this place on IG for ages from Ontario and I finally got to go in. They are a vegan cafe with thrifted clothing...could you ask for anything better? I loved how the clothing was all just put in categories rather than gender and you can tell they hand select each piece because they had so much rad stuff! I had a pumkin spice latte MADE FROM REAL PUMKIN AND HOUSE MADE ALMOND MYLK!...uhmm, yes please. The girls there were so sweet and genuine. I'm excited for many future visits!

What a gem of a location! They have all your plant-based needs, including beautiful plants to take home! The food and hot drinks are amazing and made with so much love you can taste it! They even have Kombucha on tap! Fun vintage finds, tips and supplies for zerowasting like making plantbased mylks! What a unique and positive environment with the best vibes! Worth a visit while in Whistler!

Amazing, affordable selection of vintage and repurposed clothing and apparel—and plants, too!! The cafe offers an assortment of really delicious hot drinks. Amy is so dedicated and hard working, she puts her whole heart and soul into everything she brings into the shop, you can feel it the minute you walk through the door. Love this place so much. A sweet hangout, great staff, good vibes. I highly recommend!!

My favourite shop in all of Whistler. Authentic staff, unbelievable products and style - everything for your wardrobe, home and while you shop you can have a delicious house made coffee with their house-made nut milks. I love the many products also carried by local artisans and small business owners. This is a hub for all! If you are looking for a stylist or wardrobe update, I highly recommend you pop in and ask the staff for some inspiration, ideas and you'll leave there with bundles of gems. Such a welcoming and fun place to visit and pop open a laptop too! Free wifi!

I am not used to having so many vegan options when eating out let alone having an entirely vegan menu! The nice ladies suggested something delicious for me since I couldn’t decide and what I got was absolutely to die for delicious. Highly recommend the breakfast club sandwich if you like tofu!

I came in yesterday for what i though was going to be a quick browse but ended up being a better than great morning. I not only found some groovy gears to add to the wardrobe but also chilled for an extra half an hour to eat a delicious thai green curry pie (super hot crispy and fresh) and delicious coffee. I found all the girls who worked there so lovely, easy to chat to and felt i wanted to make it a regular thing. Super nice environment to be in for a cruisy morning. To top it off they hemmed some groove pants and dropped them off to my house just in time for NYE. I tell ya this much i will defiantly be coming back!

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! I first stumbled across this warren of delights before it became the velvet underground and they were upstairs in the same building but in a much smaller unit and I love it just as much now as I did back then. I since moved away from whistler but the AMAZING selection of vintage keeps pulling me back every time, Amy Is the best she lets me shop her Instagram stories and ships out to me now, forever grateful for that. If you are into vintage, great coffee and all round good times you MUST go and whilst your at it follow them on Instagram for some serious outfit envy!

It’s a hidden gem in Whistler and a must see if you are in function junction. Too bad their won’t be gigs there for a while :( those were epic.
