Went to the mall to look for some cute summer outfits. Due to the pandemic I was quit cautious and safe while also enjoying some of the little freedom we do have. I take my self pretty seriously when following the arrows placed in the stores, and I did earlier today. However when doing so, the girl with curly hair and glasses behind the counter (who was also mentioned in another poor review about a week ago) began to yell at me, so much so that the store froze and everyone looked at me. She said that I couldn’t approach in the direction that I was going, although I following the covid protective arrows. She said I was squishing too much beside the front counter. I then asked her where I should go, and if I was now trapped in the store because these were the only set of arrows leading me our the store. She replied, again raising her voice telling me to go on the other side, in which I replied “the arrows are not pointing out on that side”, she replied again starting she knew that and for me to just go that way anyways. I then questioned her on her ability to follow covid set guidelines. The arrows are there for a reason, to keep traffic flowing in one direction. She has now become a treat to the publics safety, had me feeling both unsafe, and also attacked with her LOUD aggressive voice. NOT OKAY!!!

if you want to be treated poorly this is the location to hit up- i am disappointed that i can't give this establishment a lower rating than one star based upon the deplorable service i received yesterday. the staff was incredibly rude, was making fun of customers in front of other customers, blatantly disregarded what we bad to say, and overall made us feel as if we were a detriment.

It's very stupid that u can return or exchange a sirens item at urban but sirens won't take an urban exchange or return, that was a waste of standing in a line up and now they lost a customer and I'm out a grad dress for my sons graduation tomarrow

Service is horrible. Watched 2 girls stand at the till talking about how horrible their co-workers were, and boyfriends while my mother struggled to reach for clothing on a high rack. Once we went to the till to pay one girl proceeded to rip the hangers off the clothing almost damaging it, No greeting, looked like they hated their job!

Always such an amazing experience here! The staff is great, the deals are amazing and they always do their best to accommodate as much as possible, especially during this pandemic. I think a lot of people forget that we’re living in a different time and the whole world has changed and fault the staff and policies for that. But even with everything going on and the challenges of this new era of customer service, the staff here always do their best to make me feel so welcomed and safe, especially with all the restrictions in place. Definitely my favourite place to shop! 10/10 would recommend shopping in-store or online.

Went to this location to grab a dress for my girlfriend for date night, let me say I know very little about women fashion, however the friendly and knowledgeable staff at this location was able to assist me in finding that perfect dress. From the time I walked in the store I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile. I guess I looked confused trying to pick out the dress, at that time and one young lady came up to me and asked if I needed assistance which I obviously needed. At the cash register I was once again greeted with a friendly smile, they processed the dress and the young lady suddenly ran and brought back a jacket that matched it which I bought. Im so impressed with this service, best I've received in a long time good job girls (y)

I went to Sirens recently and I am very pleased with the selection of clothing and accessories. I was greeted by the lovely staff who are very welcoming. They were all wearing masks and using hand sanitizer and this made my shopping experience more comfortable during this pandemic. The store is very clean and well organized. I bought a few cute outfits and I can't wait to go back. Thank you

Worst customer service ever. Today I visited the store and the cashier was sooo rude. I don’t know her name but she was wearing white top. I read previous reviews and many customers complained about the same issue. I just want to suggest the manager that you really really need to talk to your staff. Never experienced such service in my past 3 years. I hope i could give 0 star if it was possible. Thankss
