Huge warehouse and lot of selection. Just one suggestion if it can little more organized it will help the customers with selection.
Good indian stuff.
Huge cloth store. Men, women readymade cloths and drapes are in abundance here. Very pleasant speaking and helpful staff with typically indian shop man feeling …
Great Selection of Indian clothes. Very good price and friendly staff...
Worst customer service! So disappointed with their service and the way they talked to me and my family members was so rude! …
PAG section is good specially Sardarji he is very helpful
Bought my first turban here; staff at rear of store was helpful in sizing and stitching. That said, you can buy turban cloth for much cheaper - this is just convenient.
My friend and I went to look for bangles. The lady only helped out my friend (who is not Indian). I said that I wanted to look at bangles too! The lady said that I am too fat, that they don't carry my size, and I'm a size 12 or 14. I AM SIZE 8 IN BANGLES. She was discriminating, being rude, and losing business.
Variety, polite and helpful staff, right price, customer satisfaction guarantee..????????????
Staff is not helpful. Doesnt give stiched materials back on time and poorly stiched.
Good selection but no customer service
Terrible terrible terrible. Ordered brides maid suits for my sisters wedding. We were suppose to get them april 1st... month and a half later then what he said and we still don't have the suits. On top of everything, my sister did all the work... contacting India people and all. The owner here did absolutely nothing to help with the order and then demanded extra money. They are rude and obnoxious at this place and have no idea of what customer service is. If you can go somewhere else, do so!!
Good palce if you looking for some stitching works.
Really a big warehouse having a lot of variety in clothes ,turbans, suits overall all stuff .This is best stop for buying.
Nice big store where u can get almost everything from punjabi wedding clothes to jewellery, punjabi jutti's and etc
very good prices... everything at 50% off... like shopping in ludhiana... chaura bazaar...
Worst experience I have ever had at an Indian store. I dropped off three outfits to be sewn and none of them were done by the day that they were supposed to be. I received them a week later. No apologies. Then the store owner yelled at me when I expressed that I was not happy, as I had needed the outfits by the day that was originally stated as I live 1400 km away. One of the outfits had marks all over it upon return, one did not fit as the opening to the panjamis for the feet was significantly smaller. Never go to the tailors here.
Owners are so Humble and nice so polite, we got all which was we looking
Huge collection of Indian garments especially for women. Nice friendly staff. You can go to this shop go buy unstiched clothes for women as well as turbans and other cloth material for Indian weddings. There is a wide variety of different materials available in reasonable rates. I always go to this store for my turbans and other materials needed for weddings and parties.
A great place for fabric of all kinds, plus some good affordable options for readymade clothing.
Some do not speak English. Difficult to communicate with staff. They have variety which is good.
Friendly staff. Good collection of stuff. Competitive prices. Nice selection of clothing. Overall nice experience.
Customer service is awful, had to wait for the guy at the checkout so he could finish scrolling through his phone. Also he didn't care to have a mask on. Avoid this place, prices aren't great either.
I would give zero if possible! All they care about is selling their stuff, they ruined my Husbands wedding clothing.
Huge collection, budget to higher quality
Very enthusiastic staff always want to sell you something not very ethical about pricing as it changes within seconds
I and my son went first time to any fabric store because I need the measurements for my son's suit and my kurta pajama It is a big warehouse and customer service is awesome. A guy, possibly owner, greeted us nicely and guided us to their tailor Surinder. Tailor was very friendly and took the measurements and provided us in no time. Reasonable rate and very friendly service.
I always get distar (turban) cloth from here. It has a wide variety of materials and colours.
Uncles there are very sweet and are super helpful
Endless options is so many colours. Best selection in the area. If you're looking for apparel fabric, start here!
Variety of clothes, good quality, nice and helpful staff, above all prices r comfortable to the pocket
No posted prices and never any aknowledgement that you are even in the store if you are not indian..have some beautiful fabrics but very hard to get help
Very disappointed with the tailoring of my unattached suit. For the total cost of suit plus tailoring could have gotten a nicer suit from another shop.
I went there once to get a lehenga skirt made quite a while ago. They took my measurements, and I showed them the material I wanted that they helped me pick out. I paid for it and they said I could come and get it within a week. I phone the next week, as it's 1 1/2 hour bus ride to get there, and they say it's not done, I should call back in a month. I figure they must be really busy. So the month is up and I phone them. They say they've lost the measurements I gave them. I then ask them if they even started it and they say no. So I go in to get them my measurements, and pick out more material. They say they won't start it until I buy more material. When I say no, they insist they won't make it. So I buy more. They phone me the next day and say it's done. When I went to pick it up they charged me $100, because they claimed they made two, although I only ever knew about them actually making one. Now when I go there I phone them constantly, and they know me now. They know I won't let them get away with it. But last night I was there for a blouse alteration. The lady ripped a colour off of the material she had close by and held it up to the blouse I brought in. They weren't the same shade, and when I told her that she said it's close. They took it in to the tailor, and the tailor said she wants me to pay $15. The blouse itself is $20, and I know that when you buy something there, the alteration is supposed to be free. When I told them this they said I need to pay $35 total. The more I go there the angrier I get with them.
Great collection of ethenic Indian clothing store. It's huge and price is reasonable. The choices and varieties are plenty. The staff is friendly and helpful. We we're able to get everything we needed from one store.
It's a good place for indian bridal clothes both for men and women .
Pocket friendly place for clothing materials, Indian wear and jewellery. Only problem I face while visiting the place is there aren't many staffs who speak or understand English.
This place has absolutely no respect for their customers. Went in to get some alterations done for mine and husbands outfits. The tailor promised he will give us by monday evening at 6pm. We came just after 6pm to pick it up and he denied that he ever promised for the clothes to be picked up at that time. He litrally dropped what he was doing and took out husbands outfit to fix it. He had done absolutely no work on it so far. This was the first time he had taken the outfit out of the bag from the time we gave him. He then asked us to wait till 7 pm to pick it up. Really these people have zero respect for other people's time. I then went to the ladies tailor to find my outfit and no one knew where my clothes were they were running around looking for it at that moment. This one lady decided to call someone and find out where she kept the dress and described me as "muslim girl with green dress". Mind you i am not a hijabi and just by looking at me you cant tell that i am muslim. But because they knew my outfits were for eid she had the audacity to say "muslim". That is not a respectful way to speak to your customers. If you are running this huge of a business you need to respect people and their time. Tailors were not apologetic at all and just talked back rudely throughout. I then decided to speak to the manager/owner after paying. After explaining it to him his reply was "well its 6:45pm and you got the clothes right. So whats the issue?" Wow really? Is that a reply? He then continued to defend the tailor. The owner himself is so disrespectful because i was the one talking to him and he was busy trying to talk to my husband and reply to him as if my husband will agree with him. My husband did not respond to him at all. This is such a rediculous experience. This place is a disgrace and a dissappointment. AVOID AT ALL COST
Always come here for good deals
worst place. They dont know the value of time. I need to fix my cloths. First they made me wait for 2 hours , afterwards they said come back next day. Then They provided me on fourth day. Unprofessional, No proper commitments.
Prices are too high bought same material from other store with less price Store owner is rude I bought the whole suit want to switch salwar colour he said ok After shopping I forgot my some stuff at store Next day when I went to pick up stuff he started yell at me as soon as I entered the store Rather having normal conversation like professional business man . I told him you were the one who said ok to switch colour then I did it .... now next day you are asking me to pay for colour switching.... he started to call me lier this and that.., I did colour switch with your agreement in front of you having both colour on payment desk. Then How could I have been lying. You didn’t said anything to me on same day. Next day when I went to pickup my forgotten stuff you are screaming at me in front of other people.... Service is so unprofessional and overpriced suit I would never shop at his store again
Worsr service. The ladies who give readymade suit are very rude and dont respect loyal customers
Good place to shop for punjabi suits . Lots of variety of pagg da kapra. They carry jewelry, coat and jackets too.
very big store with whole Punjabi collection - store is busy with customers but as price is cheap and quality is good - so nothing to mind for little wait if dollars are saved.
Excellent choices material
Short of stock for pre-made dress for girls
No one really helps here, they all are busy chit chatting amongst each other, I stood at the register to pay for good 10 minutes while the lady chatted away with another employee, employees dont speak english either so a tad bit hard for those who dont speak punjabi. Customer service isn't their priority is what I interpreted the few times I have been here.
Huge selection, friendly and helpful staff
Good place and lots of variety for good price
Pathetic service unfriendly staff not interested at all in what customer wants I would recommend not to go on this store ever
Staff is helpful..lots of variety
Had a terrible experience with getting my wedding outfits for my Groomsmen. From knowledgable people who run a punjabi clothing boutique, they sure aren't familiar with proper fittings. My first issue was when the sales men gave up the wrong sizing for my groomsmen. We went in with exact measurement that were measured from my groomsmen so we can find the proper fitting outfits. They were confident that sizes they gave us would fit and the sizes they had would reflect the measurement we took. Well they did not, only one managed to fit well and the remainder 5 did not. The second issue was: Part of the outfit required a custom order. The man showed us a book of colour palettes and said the order would take approximately 3 weeks. I reached out on the 3rd week inquiring the the status and the sales man/owner forget to order the outfits. Long story short, I finally received the custom order 4 MONTHS LATER! I had to constantly call to get an update throughout the process. The prolong duration was the not worse part of this. Once we received our custom order (which was properly measured and noted during the order) we realized that everything was way too big! Not a single outfit fitted well. We ended up scrapping all my groomsmen outfit and made a custom order from India from someone reliable. Nonetheless, that turned out perfect! From my experience during the wedding, this place really let me down. The price may be affordable, but be cautious of the quality of work that they provide you. At the end, it was a waste of time and I could of save the hassle and just went to someone who was dependable.
Thanks to Roshan for all his help for sourcing, he helped me a lot for my first collection. Thanks to Babu and team of seamstresses they did wonderful work for the pieces and in a much timely manner. I will be back soon to work with you all, surely.
nice variety and good service
0/5 stars Worst customer service. They started with 2 hours to pickup my turban after stitching and ended up taking 3 days to do a thing that just take 5 minutes. Spoiled my occasional and my mind. Will never suggest anyone to give business to them.
Too many people who don't know what the heck they are doing
Great selection - service has been outstanding since the 80's. Uncle gives such personable service!
The people's who works there r very good n very help full the boss too.
If i could give negative stars i would have. Worst tailors couldn't even stitch simple pajami suit in one month time. I told them to stitch pajami but they stitched long pajama even after taking proper measurements. Will never go there. They have old fashioned suits which costs around $200 and not even worth $50. They have worst staff. The ladies are not interested in showing you anything. She showed me 3 suits and said they only got this. Got really got deal from style mart.
Friendly and helpful service. Best prices as well.
Best Experience good customer service nice and reliable staff
I went to shop here for the first time. What baffled me is that the ladies that worked their would tell me a lower price per meter for the fabric and when they asked the owner he would tell me two dollars higher and said the price has gone …
Great place and variety of products
Worst customer service by far. I've heard complaints from multiple people who have also gone into Punjab cloth House and have gotten the "run around" by the workers. I've taken my grandma in a few times and every time I've gone in there are either workers just standing around not willing to help, or workers who are not willing to show you what you are looking for. The last time my grandma wanted to visit the store I told her no, I will not be taking her there and took her to a different cloth house. Educate your workers to be a little more POLITE and HELPFUL. They get paid for what they do, and there's enough people working there to help everyone. Also SMILING a little while cutting your big rolls of fabric doesn't hurt either. Would not recommend going here.
