Lammles is the only place I can find a pair of jeans that I really love and that fit me so good, and he just happened to have a real awesome leather purse that I bought for my daughter and she just loves it they just have everything perfect very well made and excellent quality

Their West Kelowna location has THE WORST staff delivering THE WORST customer service I have ever encountered in my life! Never have I been so frustrated, disappointed and fed up with a store. William was awful to deal with, very cocky and not willing to work with me whatsoever. There is not a chance I will ever support any Lammles location after having to deal with this horrible experience THREE TIMES from the same individuals.

Literally went here for Wrangler Jeans and was not disappointed. Plus I think I’m gonna pick up one of their shearling lines jean jackets for the winter. The prices are great. I drove from Lake Country and wasn’t not disappointed.

Went there just to look around and then the girl was very helpful and gave me a lot of great tips that will probably help me out in the future wtih riding and potentially prevent injury, so I really appreciated that. Hopefully the chain will start selling some more made-in-America products, that's my only comment (because nobody goes to Alberta to buy Chinese western boots...just saying...I ended up returning the 250 dollar boots I thought were locally made when I got home, read the tag closer and found out they're made in China and sell on Aliexpress for 29 dollars) this is of course, irrelivant to the good experience I had in Medicine Hat with the sales girl who knows horses inside outside and backwards and obviously has no control over the import choices of the chain. This is why still 5 stars of course :) Next time I will read the labels closer before making a purchase, it's a sad reality of the times.

Customer service leaves a lot be desired.4 clerks buzzing around the counter and only one working cash.Waited 20 minutes in line only to be told rather abruptly that they don’t take returns on Boxing Day.” It’s written right on your receipt.” Really? The one where I had to put my readers on to see the faded small print . Perhaps one of the buzzing clerks could take the time with customers in the lineup to make sure there are no returns and people don’t have to spend one more minute in this store than necessary.

At this point one star is actually too much. We recently bought a $400 dollar pair of boots. They were for my husband. Service was so “good” that two sales personnel did any thing they could to make those boots fit right. They convinced my husband to put an insole in to snug the boot up. The insole after a few days caused foot issues. Without the insole one boot didn’t fit quite right. Our mistake, we should have never let them push us so hard. Of course the policy is no returns after they are worn outside. They encouraged him to keep the boots on even going as far as spraying protectant while on his feet. We phoned the store and explained the problem and set up a day for my husband to drive back to Prince Albert. They led us to believe that they would be helpful. He was referred to a person who refused to deal with the situation. Waste of time, gas and now we own an unwearable pair of boots.

My husband and I were in there for almost an hour picking out boots for us and the kids and not a single person came to help us or ask if we needed a hand. Which we definitely needed. Was prepared to purchase five sets of boots. Left without any. My husband found some but they were covered in some type of glue that was staining the boot. We asked what it was and could not tell us what it was and told us to purchase cleaner. We shouldn’t have to buy cleaner to clean brand new boots. Asked for a discount and 10% just wasn’t worth it to us especially after the lack of customer service. There was three people working, one being the manager. Clearly she doesn’t care. Will shop elsewhere for our attire.

Boots I bought were beautiful until I sprayed with woods water proofing spray. Took the color right off the boot so now stained white. Really disappointed. Advice customers to not do this.
