Today my boyfriend and I went to eclipse in the mall here and were very rudely treated by the females working there, they made inappropriate comments about my boyfriend being there to carry bags, the length of our relationship and said that he will just disappear on me afterwards. Needless to say I left everything and we promptly left the store just due to being made so uncomfortable by staff. Will be reporting to headquarters.

The experience was alright and the staff was nice with the exception of one lady who was extremely rude. I will never consider purchasing from here on that alone. A comment was made that may have been meant as a joke but came across as snappy and extremely rude.

BUYERS BE AWARE! If this Christmas you are buying a present (like a dress) for a loved one and it DOESN'T fit them or they dont like it.... although it's NOT on their return policy on the back of the receipt or posted ANYWHERE in their store..."YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO EXCHANGE OR GET A BIGGER SIZE OR SMALLER IF Needed" you will be told sorry we can't help you, maybe you can sell it yourself or give it to a friend and told to have a nice day! NOT THE STORE TO BUY A GIFT FOR SOMEOME UNLESS YOUR 100% IT WILL FIT THEM OR THEY WILL LIKE IT. My brother being a sweet heart that he is tried to buy me my birthday dress that fit a little to small and I went in with the receipt to exchange for a bigger size only to be told I couldn't and have a nice day. $60 gone just like that and no dress for my party!

Christmas shopping for a gift for my wife twice this last week in the Driftwood Mall and had the same great salesperson help me out. I did not catch her name but she wore a red checked long shirt/top. Guys need help in these matters and she was awesome. I will be back in February for my wife's B'Day.
